(she/her)
Deanna Jefferson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing therapeutic services for several years. She specializes in helping clients address life transitions, relationship issues, and parenting difficulties. She believes that clients are the true experts on their stories and have many strengths needed to address their current life situations.
Clients can expect to feel a better understanding of how their behavior patterns have formed over the course of their lifetime as soon as the first session. There is a great emphasis on exploring past life experiences and how they have shaped a client's current outlook on their world.
My biggest strengths are asking questions that allow clients to explore their own deeper-seated thoughts and feelings.

I've worked with Deanna for a couple years now and she has really helped me find my sense of self and stay true to that person in my relationships, career, and now motherhood. Sometimes life gets in the way of attending session, but Deanna never makes me feel bad for being gone. We're able to pick things up as if no time has passed. She's been a consistent support in my mental health journey and I'm grateful.
