New to Grow
Are you looking to create a new life narrative-story rooted in your strengths? My life and work experiences working with adults and children experiencing emotional disorders, trauma, anxiety, and life barriers hopefully can help us collaborate on building that new resilient story together. Outside of work, I enjoy various forms of exercise: HIIT workouts, yoga, nutrition topics, science, music , gardening, and traveling. I have an avid interest in learning about other cultures and have lived and studied abroad in Ecuador, South America.
Looking forward to hearing your personal story and collaborating on a best new narrative to empower you on our life journey.

Narrative
Over the past 20 years, I have applied narrative therapy across public school and clinical settings to support children, adolescents, college students, and adults in reshaping problem-saturated stories. I help clients externalize challenges, identify unique outcomes, and strengthen preferred identities, with a focus on developmental appropriateness and cultural context.
Integrative
My integrative approach combines CBT, narrative techniques, and solution-focused strategies tailored to individual needs. Within EAP settings, I have used a brief, solution-focused model to help adult clients rapidly identify goals, leverage strengths, and implement actionable steps to address workplace and personal stressors.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have utilized CBT to help clients across all age groups identify and restructure maladaptive thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, and build practical coping skills. In school settings, this included academic stress, behavioral concerns, and social challenges; in clinical work, I addressed anxiety, depression, and life transitions using structured, goal-oriented interventions.
