Are you or your child facing learning, social, behavioral, or mental health challenges? You’re not alone, and seeking support is a powerful first step. With over 30 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have worked with both neurodiverse and neurotypical children, teens, and adults to improve educational, social, mental health and behavioral functioning. Together, we’ll identify your unique strengths and concerns, set meaningful goals, and create a personalized and strength-based plan. My philosophy is to provide a validating and safe therapeutic journey together.
I help thoughtful, sensitive souls reconnect with themselves—so they can live with more presence, creativity, and ease.
Together, we explore the liminal—the in-between space where you’re no longer who you were and not yet who you’re becoming. We slow down, listen to the body, and follow intuition. We practice voice and choice, shift from self-doubt to expansiveness, and build the capacity to meet life with steadier presence and more freedom.
If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, I can help. You might notice your mind is always “on,” your body feels tense, and you can’t shut off the worry. You may be navigating partner conflict, parenting stress, or growing distance within your family and aren’t sure how to repair it.
I also work with people moving through major life transitions, breakups, grief, new parenthood, career changes, who feel unsteady, lost or unsure of who they are in the middle of it all.
