New clients continue care with this provider

Sometimes we all need a little extra support during tough times. Let me be that support for you. Therapy can be a very scary process for many people. My goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment for you and to provide you with the tools and resources needed to get through your day to day struggles. I strive to facilitate a space where clients can process shame, guilt, isolation, self-forgiveness and hopelessness. I am passionate about what I do. When you are ready to begin your journey and start your healing process, I would love the opportunity to walk along with you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session we will spend the majority of the time getting to know each other and the reasons for coming to therapy. We will not be diving into the heavy stuff right away. I believe in building a strong therapeutic relationship with my client before expecting any amount of vulnerability. If time allows, during the first session, we might jump into assessments, but typically that take place in session 2 or 3.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have been told I am genuinely compassionate and that I have the ability to help my clients feel safe and heard. I love what I do. I love helping clients move through the healing process and watching them develop the strength and courage needed to get through tough times.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with individuals who are experiencing relationship conflicts, anxiety, mild depression, and those who are dealing the everyday stress life provides.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I practice a combination of CBT and Client Centered. I believe that if we can change our thoughts about our circumstances we can often times change our feelings and then by default our behavior changes.
