I’ve been licensed since March 2019, however I’ve been working in this field since 2013 (starting out in various schools: elementary, middle and high schools). I work with kids, teens, adults, couples and families. I enjoy helping people with symptoms of anxiety, depression and who are going through a life transition. I try to teach tools and empower clients to make the changes they need in their lives to have a quality and meaningful relationship with themselves and others. Therapy is a process and a journey and committing to this is the biggest and most rewarding step any human can take. I will be there to support the client through the stages of change (the ups and downs) and witness their transformation. Thank you for trusting me to be part of this process.

I have worked a lot within school settings and am comfortable working with children and teens. I did do other therapy work with couples, adults and families. I prefer working with individuals at this time (kids or adults).

Hypnotherapy
I have 9 years of hypnotherapy experience. Clients feel more relaxed, more at peace and find inner calm after a hypnotherapy session.
EMDR
EMDR helps reduce emotion due to traumatic or intrusive memories or events. EMDR is a series of guided eye movements that help to reprocess the emotional part of the experience. The eye movements serve as a “light switch” between the emotional side of the brain to the “rational” side of the brain. Clients often experience more relief from their difficult memories after the first or second EMDR session.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT explored core beliefs and schemas that a person creates from birth. Often these beliefs get in the way of better relationships and a good quality of life. CBT can help with identifying these beliefs and creating new, positive ones that can help a client feel more empowered.
