New to Grow
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by their thoughts and emotions—whether that includes anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, or other mental health challenges. My goal is to support you in achieving your mental health goals and to empower you to take an active role in your healing journey. I've had the opportunity to work across different levels of care within the mental health field, supporting a wide range of individuals in working toward their personal goals. My goal is to provide compassionate support while meeting you where you are in your recovery journey.
I understand that the first session can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming or uncomfortable. Think of it as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you and build from there together.
I take a client-centered approach, placing your unique needs and mental health goals at the heart of our work together. We'll explore what approaches resonate most with you, so you can reconnect with your sense of self. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where therapy feels like a safe and welcoming space. I value open communication and will listen with care and intention, while gently supporting you in navigating uncomfortable emotions and life's challenges.

Other specialties
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another, and then develop practical coping strategies you feel are effective. Together, we practice new skills, explore ways of thinking that feel more balanced to you, and work toward meaningful changes that support your mental health and personal goals.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use ACT to help develop mental and emotional flexibility by learning to sit with difficult thoughts and emotions without letting them control your actions. Together, we can work towards identifying your personal values, practice mindfulness and acceptance skills, and build strategies to help you take meaningful actions that align with your individual goals.
