Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Seeking support is a courageous step, and I’m honored to be part of your journey. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist & a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, my approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in compassion. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your story, build on your strengths, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity, and more—especially BIPOC clients, moms, and transitional age youth. I draw from evidence-based, strength-based, and person-centered practices tailored to your unique needs.
Therapy is a space for healing and growth, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, your goals, and your resilience.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 2015. Over the past eight years, I have been providing psychotherapy services to support individuals in their recovery from a wide variety of mental health challenges and trauma. I believe that providing a safe space to heal and grow is an important piece of mental health recovery, and it is something I strive to provide to each of my clients. I would describe myself as a very positive person, calm, an optimist, and creative.
I am looking forward to meeting with you!
Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or stuck? You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, school-based issue's, and life transitions in a supportive, judgment-free space where healing and real growth can happen. Hello! My name is Molly and I've been a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist since 2012 and studying in the field since 2006. A little about myself, I'm originally from MN, I've resided in Southern CA for several decades now. I have a few mixed fur-babies and enjoy taking them on walks and to the park. I stay busy parenting a 15 year old teen, reading, taking hikes, and I've recently been able to start traveling again with my kiddo reaching an age of wanting more friend time and less "mom time." I also enjoy live music and going to the beach.
I am passionate about helping people deal with life challenges that cause them distress. My first goal is to help you identify what the problems are, how they impact relationships in your life, and what goals you want to work on to bring understanding, calm, peace, and joy back into your life. You are the expert in your life, and working together with me, I will challenge your thinking patterns to help you see alternative outcomes that align with the goals you are working toward.
I help my clients realize their personal goals through a trauma-informed and empathic approach. My expertise is working with people who have experienced a traumatic event and/or are experiencing mental health struggles/issues, helping them uncover obstacles that hinder their ability to reach their fullest potential. My lived experience brought me to help others as I would have loved to be helped: someone to tell me I’m not alone. Life is hard, and traumas become unbearable without someone in your corner to help process what you have been through.
Welcome! ¡Bienvenido!
My name is Silvia and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of California. My mission is to create a positive, supportive space where you feel truly empowered. Therapy should feel like a meaningful conversation—one that helps you breathe a little easier and feel a little lighter each time we meet. I strive to offer an environment where you feel heard, supported, guided, and safe. Through a humanistic approach, I focus on making our time together feel valuable, collaborative, and deeply meaningful.
Hello! My name is Naomi Ortega, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Fulfilling my role as a therapist means a great deal to me, as does building genuine connections with my clients. It is through that genuine connection that I hope to assist you in navigating through depressive, anxious, traumatic, and stress-related symptoms. I also aim to provide treatment through a culturally sensitive perspective.
I love what I do. Most of the work I do is with individuals, however, I also see couples and am formally trained in emotionally focused therapy. I bring a holistic approach to mental health and recovery from trauma. I consider our relationship to be collaborative, however, I am flexible and will take the lead at times when necessary or therapy feels "stuck". I am sensitive the to the fact that much of what you share in session, has never been shared with others and am invested in making therapy a safe space, and a place that you look forward to coming every time. I have a faith, and believe my spiritual practice is largely to meet people where they are in the journey. I am respectful of your experiences and my practice is informed with a background of working with many ethnicities and challenges.
I bring a variety of experience and training to my work. I believe in the mind/body connection and have formal training in mindfulness-based therapies including DBT, guided imagery, kinesiology, and color-shapes work for trauma. I am also proficient in CBT, solution-focused and other talk-therapies and bring an empathetic supportive stance to therapy allowing the client to often come to their own understandings and solutions. Having worked in inpatient facilities in the beginning of my career, I have a strong background in substance abuse recovery.
In my work with couples, I enjoy the dynamic aspects of helping clients to learn to listen respectfully and communicate more effectively. Clients often see that the solutions to their problems while seemingly insurmountable are actually simple when they are willing to work at it. I am currently training in Emotionally Focused therapy, and utilize the Gottman's techniques addressing the "Four Horsemen" in relationships.
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in treating a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, self-esteem issues, and life transitions.
My approach is integrative and client-centered. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Positive Psychotherapy to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. I use CBT to help clients identify and transform negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress. Through DBT, I support clients in developing emotion regulation skills and the capacity to balance acceptance with meaningful change. With Positive Psychotherapy and a strength-based lens, I empower individuals to recognize their inner resources, enhance coping skills, and explore new possibilities.
I believe in creating a warm, safe, and collaborative therapeutic environment where you can explore new ways of thinking, overcome challenges, and move toward your goals—one step at a time. Let’s work together to create meaningful, lasting change for a better tomorrow.
I specialize in treating LGBTQ+, polyamorous, and kinky folx, navigating everything from trauma to depression and anxiety, often intersecting with questions of identity and relationships. I value walking with clients as they understand more about who they are and how they relate to the world around them.
Together, we’ll create a grounded and supportive space to explore identity related to gender, sexuality, race, and neurodiversity, uncover patterns that may no longer serve you, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, connected, and whole.
Whether this is your first time exploring therapy or you're looking for a new perspective, I’m glad you’re here!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice in the Inland Empire area since 2014. I believe real change is a gradual evolution (hence my practice name Gentle Evolutions), and there are often many stops along the way. I bring a lot of warmth and genuine curiosity to that process, while also keeping sessions rooted in your therapy goals. I acknowledge the vulnerability that comes with sharing your story and identity with others and aim to create a space where you feel able to share 100% of what is coming to your mind. I provide stability for clients through the difficult times and ensure that we also celebrate the small successes in the therapeutic space.

While I may not have all the answers, I'm here to listen to your goals and accompany you on your path to achieving them. If you're feeling unsure about your direction, that is completely okay—we can navigate that together.

Hi, I’m Natalie! I’m a Northern California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works individually with adults. I believes therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine, supportive relationship. Real progress happens when you feel comfortable, understood, and connected—and that’s always where I begin. My clinical background includes school-based mental health, hospice, community-mental health and private practice, which allows me to meet a wide range of experiences.
My style is warm, relaxed, and non-judgmental. I focus on building authentic connections and letting you take the lead at a pace that feels right. At the same time, I’m not afraid to ask thoughtful questions, offer supportive challenges, and use humor to lighten the process when it fits. I view you as the expert of your own life, and my role is to help you recognize and build on your strengths. While I prefer an unstructured, conversational approach, I also draw on evidence-based practices for skill-building and support when helpful. Together, we’ll work to identify tools and strategies that support your well-being and help you feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

Hello! My name is Sandra Randall, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in California and in Florida. With a Master of Social Work from San Jose State University and nine years of experience, I am dedicated to guiding individuals as they navigate life's challenges and transitions.
As a former military spouse and an experienced hospice and hospital social worker, I deeply understand the emotional weight of unmet expectations and unforeseen life changes. My approach emphasizes uncovering your unique strengths and creative potential to empower you in difficult moments.
Drawing from a rich tapestry of personal experiences and a faith-informed perspective, I bring both empathy and insight to the therapeutic process. Whether you’re facing grief, loss, or other challenges, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and support. Together, we can navigate this journey and work toward healing and growth.
You want to change your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors, but every time you try, it blows up in your face. (Not literally...hopefully.) How do you get unstuck?! The most important factor is the relationship with your therapist. My main focus is teaming up with you - not telling you what to do - in figuring out how to help you create new patterns.
My practice mostly revolves around increasing your awareness of what’s happening in your mind and your body – and above all, respecting your experience. My approach focuses on mindfulness, DBT, and post-traumatic growth. This takes work, but with the help of someone you trust, you absolutely can change the structure of your brain!
As much as I may be in the most privileged of demographics (see photo), I’ve taken a lifetime’s worth of feeling inferior and deployed it for good: Being able to empathize with you, the client. I've worked extensively with anger, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+-related issues, insomnia, racial identity, relationship issues, sports performance, etc.
I have an easygoing way of communicating with clients. My communication style definitely doesn't have that solemn, overly serious tone that you might see depicted in movie therapists. Just to forewarn: My sessions can and will include some (very lame) jokes here and there, but that does not mean I don't take your struggle seriously.

I believe every individual has unique strengths, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered. I work with individuals using compassionate, evidence-based approaches that focus on building meaningful skills, increasing independence, and celebrating progress every step of the way. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, or difficulties with emotion regulation. Hi there, I'm Mary. Something I find myself saying often is: "it's hard to be human." Life brings so many ups and downs, and our own histories, genetics, circumstances, life events, etc. can impact how we find ourselves functioning from day to day. I am passionate about helping clients discover the tools and frameworks that work for them to meet their own identified goals for their life and decreasing the emotional intensity of symptoms causing barriers to meeting those goals.
In 2010, I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Master’s of Social Work and earned my license to practice independently in 2013. I received my Bachelor's of Science in Family & Child Sciences at Florida State University in 2005 and my Doctor of Philosophy in International Conflict Management at Kennesaw State University in 2017. (A bit of a random PhD, I know...my dissertation research was about the relationship between social identity and emotional well-being for service members and veterans in the context of community reintegration.)

Or maybe you are feeling trapped and finding it difficult to balance all of the demands of motherhood? You are not alone. As a wife and mom of two, I understand the demands that a mother feels when she is trying to juggle home life, career or being a SAHM all while trying to maintain one’s own self-identity. Whether you’re working through postpartum depression/anxiety or just wanting a relatable, professional to help you process some stuff out loud. I am here. I will walk with you and help you cope with the visible and invisible load of motherhood.
"Life is a journey, travel it well."
I believe we're all on our own individual journeys of life that sometimes put us in valleys and sometimes on top of hills. When it comes to the valleys, sometimes it's alright to reach out to someone for a little guidance and help.
Hi, my name is Ryan and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. One of my favorite parts of my own journey has been navigating the complexities of young adult life stages from college, to work, romance and beyond. But whether or not it's life transitions or just a need for someone to journey along side you during a difficult time, I am here to help.
