Ideal clients
I love working with adolescents and adults who are seeking to learn about themselves, improve their self-image, and grow relationships both with themselves and others. I find that clients who put in work outside of the therapy session are the most successful.

I work with all ages, however, when I work with children and teens, I believe in bringing the family system into the work when possible and clinically appropriate
