New to Grow
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who supports adults working through anxiety, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and somatic tools to help you understand patterns, regulate your emotions, and feel more balanced in daily life. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and reconnect with your authentic self.
In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to change. I’ll ask gentle and direct questions to understand your symptoms, history, and current stressors, and together we’ll outline clear treatment goals. You can expect a calm, supportive space where you feel heard and safe. By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction and what our work together will look like.
My greatest strengths are creating a calm, safe space and helping clients quickly get to the heart of what’s going on. I combine evidence-based tools with mindfulness and somatic awareness to reduce symptoms, improve emotional regulation, and build real resilience. Clients appreciate my balance of gentle support and direct guidance, and many feel more clarity, grounding, and confidence early in our work together.
My ideal clients are adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck despite appearing strong and capable on the outside. I work especially well with high-achieving women, creatives, and those navigating trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. You’re motivated for change, open to self-reflection, and ready to understand your patterns so you can feel calmer, more grounded, and aligned with the life you want.
I use CBT to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, manage anxiety, and regulate emotions. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact, then develop practical tools to shift your mindset, improve coping skills, and restore emotional balance.
I integrate mindfulness techniques to help you stay present, reduce stress, and calm your nervous system. This approach supports awareness of your body and emotions, helping you respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity, compassion, and resilience.
Grounded in nervous-system awareness, this approach helps release the effects of stress and trauma stored in the body. By combining gentle somatic tools with talk therapy, clients build safety, self-regulation, and a deeper sense of connection to themselves.
My integrative approach blends evidence-based care (CBT, mindfulness) with holistic methods that honor both mind and body. This allows therapy to address symptoms while also supporting long-term emotional and spiritual growth.
