Hi, I’m Raeven.
I specialize in helping people navigate the 'in-between' stages of life—those times when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in a cycle of anxiety or depression. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I provide a collaborative space where we move past just 'getting by' and start building a life that feels grounded and authentic. Whether you’re battling burnout or a major life shift, I’m here to ensure you walk away not just feeling supported, but equipped with the practical tools to reclaim your voice and handle whatever comes next.
I am a multi-state licensed therapist across California, Colorado, Nebraska, and Texas, specializing in helping adults navigate deep-seated mental health challenges alongside intense personal and professional transitions.
With vast clinical experience, I have served as a university career counselor, a specialist for healthcare professionals, and a dedicated clinician within both the US Navy Family Advocacy Program and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
My practice provides a highly supportive, practical space for college students, working adults at all career stages, healthcare workers, service members, Veterans, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
I blend empathetic listening with deep clinical insight to help you manage and heal from:
--Core Mental Health & Neurodivergence: Anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and identity exploration.
--Trauma & Life Impact: Complex trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, and managing chronic medical conditions.
--Daily Survival: Severe career burnout, relationship problems, and navigating life's overlapping pressures.

Hi! I'm a Mexican American, Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Masters of Social Work from California State University San Marcos. I love working with a variety of clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I help individuals challenged with grief, anxiety, depression, substance misuse and trauma, to become better versions of themselves. I like to provide a nonjudgmental approach, and really find out who a person truly is, to have a better understanding of all the parts that make a person who they are.
Hello! My name is Leanna, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping others be their most authentic selves. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of the Pacific and have since been fortunate to work with diverse populations who have taught me the true meaning of strength and perseverance. I am experienced working with anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Hi there, I'm Mandy.
Are you feeling stuck or held back from the life you truly want to live? Life’s challenges—stress, pain, and unresolved experiences—often settle in our bodies, shaping how we move through the world. These experiences impact our nervous system, relationships, and sense of safety until we learn to work with them. By gently turning toward these parts of ourselves, we create space for healing and growth. My goal is to support you to feel heard, seen, and empowered to transform these challenges. Through mind-body-spirit integration, you'll reconnect, find balance, and discover what transformation means for you.
My approach is the culmination of over 20 years of personal experience, study and work in the fields of social worker and therapies . Deeply listening and living in life’s fullness has been my touchstone and a guiding light that continues to inform and teach me. I look forward to talking with you and learning more about how I can help.
Over the past 16 years, I've worked across clinical and educational settings. My approach is integrative, drawing primarily on psychodynamic and somatic modalities and informed by current neuroscience research on emotion, memory, and attachment. I tailor my approach to what each client needs. I trust in people's innate capacity to heal, and I help clients explore their lives with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment.
I am a psychodynamically oriented therapist who integrates attachment-based, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in understanding themselves more deeply and creating meaningful change. I am, also, always working on and open to learning new therapies to best help my clients!
My work is grounded in the belief that many emotional struggles—such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties—are connected to early relational experiences and the patterns we develop to cope, protect ourselves, and connect with others. In therapy, I help clients explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, while also building practical tools to manage distress in the present.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, reflect, and make sense of your emotional world. I also pay close attention to what unfolds in the therapeutic relationship, as it can provide important insight and opportunities for healing and growth.
Depending on your needs, our work may include exploring past experiences, identifying emotional and relational patterns, strengthening awareness of thoughts and feelings, and learning skills to support regulation and coping. My goal is to help you develop greater clarity, emotional balance, and more secure and fulfilling relationships—with yourself and others.
Therapy with me is a space for both insight and change. Together, we work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and able to move through life with greater confidence and ease.
Hello, I'm glad you're here. My name is Maria and I am a Licensed Clinical Therapist. I have a compassionate and collaborative approach and am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth at their own pace. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices while recognizing that every person’s story and needs are unique. I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout the process. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to navigate things alone. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey toward healing and balance.

Hello, I am so glad you are here to start this journey with me! My name is Bailey Armstead, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I have been practicing for 8 years now in multiple areas of this field, with multiple populations and diagnoses. I have a strong background in social work, crisis intervention and case management while also having experience working in behavioral health hospital settings, community settings (non-housed shelters, temporary housing locations, medical hospitals), and forensic settings. Hello! My name is Brenda and I am a licensed clinical social worker. As a dedicated and empathetic mental health professional with over 7 years of experience, I am deeply committed to helping adolescents and young adults navigate their emotional and psychological challenges. My journey into therapy began with a profound personal interest in understanding human behavior and a desire to support others in their pursuit of mental well-being.
I have been in the psychology field for over 20 years now. I love what I do and helping every client become successful. The relationship between the client(s) and myself is important in achieving the goals we set together. How our past experiences have influenced our current lives is a key issue. I feel that support systems in our daily lives are important to examine. The issues of separation, loss, freedom, dependence and independence are crucial to examine as one leaves home and parental influences. I work with individuals, couples, teens and families.
Every session is different because every client is different, as are their problems. I'll encourage you to talk and explore, in a structured way, your feelings and experiences. Whatever the technique or clinical approach, psychotherapy is not a magical cure, it is a process to help you find the capacity for improvement within yourself.
Psychotherapy aims to help you gain insight into your difficulties or distress and enable you to find more appropriate ways of coping or bring about changes in your thinking and behavior. Psychotherapy involves exploring feelings, beliefs, thoughts and events, sometimes from childhood, in a structured way to help you do it safely.
I have a website that has 16 courses on it for you to do self paced sessions. I also have book I wrote on that website. If you are interested in taking a look, just copy and paste the link into your search bar. Here is the website: https://amber-bersi-mft.mykajabi.com/

Through a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship, we will work together to promote insight into your current struggles, process your thoughts and emotions, and help you heal from past experiences.
I value being authentic with my clients. It’s important to me that you are able to sense that what I’m saying is truly how I feel. I want to know all of you. This means not only hearing about what brought you into my office, but also about the aspects of your life that bring you joy. Humor frequently appears in my sessions. The work in therapy can be challenging, but I believe it’s also important to be able to laugh with my clients, too.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 25 years of experience working as a therapist in private practice. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, ages 8 to 80, who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and trauma.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. At times, I may utilize humor to highlight a concern, at other times I may be more directive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy while incorporating natural and holistic styles in treatment. I also believe in matching the treatment style to the person and not the person to the treatment style.
It takes courage to take steps towards change. I am here to listen and offer my support and guidance every step of the way.
Life stressors are very high for many people these days. If you are seeking emotional support and help with processing your thoughts and feelings, feel free to reach out to me. I will focus on building a connection with you to understand the reasons for your suffering and work together to help you feel better.
I am a clinical psychologist with an integrative approach. I focus on the clinical relationship and draw upon existential, emotion-focused and cognitive-behavioral theories. I will help you identify areas of suffering, including maladaptive thought patterns and current life stressors to help you improve your overall well-being. I provide individual therapy only.
Sometimes it helps to talk to someone besides your loved ones or friends, someone who will have a more objective and professional look at your situation/problems. These days, many people are said to be more isolated, lonely and anxious due to circumstances beyond their control. I understand and want you to know that you do not have to feel alone.
I believe healing is hidden in the stories we share. I'm Anthony Garcia, LMFT, a trauma-focused therapist trained in EMDR who helps adults navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, and life's most challenging transitions. By helping clients explore the experiences that shaped them and uncover the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, I help them find relief from emotional distress and begin writing a new chapter grounded in resilience, meaning, and hope.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm genuine, approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe healing happens through authentic human connection, so I bring warmth, humor, curiosity, and compassion into every session. I frequently use metaphors, storytelling, and practical examples to help make difficult concepts easier to understand and create meaningful change.
My experience has taught me that every person's story is unique. I don't simply treat symptoms—I work to understand the whole person, including how childhood experiences, relationships, trauma, and the nervous system continue to shape life today. I have extensive experience treating PTSD, complex trauma, and traumatic brain injury (TBI), and I also bring personal insight into the recovery process from TBI. Additionally, I am both personally and professionally familiar with the challenges faced by Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACOA) and individuals raised in dysfunctional families. I understand the lifelong impact these experiences can have on self-worth, relationships, boundaries, and emotional well-being, as well as the work required to heal the wounded inner child while building a peaceful, authentic adult life.
I believe therapy should be both supportive and transformative. I will meet you with compassion, but I will also encourage you to do the work that creates lasting change. My clients often describe me as part therapist, part coach, and part cheerleader—I celebrate your successes, help you navigate setbacks, and gently challenge you when old patterns keep you stuck. My goal is to create a safe, trusting relationship where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with confidence.
Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!

I have experience working with children, families, and individuals as a social worker since 2003, and as a licensed clinical social worker since 2017. Prior to training as a therapist I worked as an advocate for children, youth, and families in various community based non-profits. Witnessing families succeed as I helped ease their burdens led me to the path of clinical social work! I consider it a privilege to be invited and entrusted with the task of walking alongside you during a challenging moment in your life. Seeing you grow and succeed is one of the best rewards I could ask for.
I began my career working with youth and families in residential settings, where I saw firsthand the impact our experiences can have on how we move through the world. My own life experiences also shaped my path to becoming a therapist and taught me the importance of feeling seen, understood, and supported. Over the years, this has shaped an approach that looks at the whole person—their story, strengths, relationships, and the experiences that have made them who they are.

Hi, I'm Amanda, and I help people exhausted from fighting their mind finally find peace with it.
By the time most people find me, they're worn down—not just by overwhelm and defeat, but by the effort of white-knuckling it. Capable on the outside. Exhausted on the inside. Wondering if this is just who they are.
That’s not the whole story
I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual work with adults, parents, and caregivers. Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people as they moved from survival mode to a life that actually feels like their own. I hold a Master's degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and I bring both the clinical depth of that training and the wisdom of real-world practice to every session.
My approach is collaborative and personalized — because you're not a diagnosis or a checklist, and therapy shouldn't feel like one. I'm a creative thinker by nature, and I use that to bring fresh perspectives to our work together, while also providing the structure and direction that meaningful progress requires. In our early sessions, we'll take time to understand what's really going on and build a clear, intentional plan that fits your life. Most of my clients notice a real, positive shift within the first month.
A steady, meaningful life isn't something other people get to have. It belongs to you, too. If you're ready to stop managing and start actually living, I'd love to connect.
