The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is the ability to hold space for the therapeutic process while engaging in difficult conversations with compassion and kindness. With over 25 years of experience working with parents and children who have experienced trauma—whether through schools, the community, social services, or the penal system—I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges many people face. This work has also given me the opportunity to serve a highly diverse population and develop a well-rounded, culturally sensitive approach to care.

My ideal client is someone who is ready to face life’s twists and turns and is open to learning how to maintain mental wellness in spite of them.
