You can expect a safe place to begin the journey of healing. Learning skills and techniques that will positively affect your life and the life you share with others.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I utilize CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused therapy. I believe in the power of changing your thought process and actions and becoming mindful of the power we possess to be the greatest versions of ourselves.

Working with underserved populations is my passion. Giving hope where hope has been depleted or non existent is my journey in this world. I pride myself in the gift of empowerment.
