Meeting with Idania Arellano was a great experience. I was a bit guarded and short at first, nerves got the best of me. But she stayed patient, grounded, and most importantly, she listened. That helped me relax and open up. She has a calm strength that makes you feel safe. I believe once she helps me through the forest I’ve been stuck in, she can guide me back to trust and belonging. Idania doesn’t just hear you... she truly sees you. I’m hopeful and excited for the journey ahead.

Idania gave me some hope, and I am glad we took the steps to reach out for help
I have used Cognitive behavioral therapy since graduate school and completed a detailed final case project using this modality. I enjoy assigning homework and challenging exiting beliefs that are conflictual.
