I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Shannon and I’m a licensed psychotherapist and yoga therapist. I work with individuals and couples in California via online talk therapy sessions. I also facilitate in-person and online group yoga programs. My mission is to help people reconnect with the best versions of themselves.
In our first session, I will ask you, "What are your best hopes from us talking?" This starts us on the road to a meaningful conversation about the change you would be pleased to see in your life.
We all have innate human need to be heard, seen and understood. My first thought when working with a client is that we are two human beings connecting and having a meaningful conversation. I believe in you and that you are capable of living a life of fulfillment and satisfaction.
I engage in meaningful conversations based on questions that bring awareness so the client can move forward with the desired changes they want to see in their lives. Solution-Focused Therapy doesn’t keep you stuck in the past. Rather, it’s future-focused, goal-guided, and constructs solutions to life’s pressing problems. Our work together will help you understand what matters most to you and your hopes for the future.
