You’re someone others rely on. You handle what needs to get done, maintain high standards, and rarely let things slip. From the outside, it works. Internally, it can feel like a constant undercurrent of pressure—overthinking, tension, or a sense that you’re always “on.” Many of the patterns that keep you functioning at a high level were shaped by earlier experiences that required you to adapt quickly, stay aware, or carry more than you should have alone. Those patterns don’t just disappear—they evolve into the way you think, respond, and move through your life today. My work is designed for high-functioning adults who are ready for a different internal experience. Together, we look beneath the surface at what’s driving these patterns and begin to shift them—so you can feel more grounded, clear, and aligned with who you actually are, not just who you’ve had to be. This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about experiencing your life with less pressure, more intention, and a stronger connection to your authentic self. When you’re ready to move beyond just managing and start feeling more like yourself, I’m here to help.

First session

Our first session is a space for you to exhale a bit. We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you—both what’s immediately present and what feels harder to put into words. I’ll ask thoughtful, focused questions to understand how you’ve been navigating your world, what’s been working, and where things feel stuck or misaligned. You don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand. By the end of the session, you can expect a clearer sense of direction, a deeper understanding of what’s contributing to your current experience, and a thoughtful path forward tailored to you.

Strengths

My work is tailored for individuals who are highly capable, self-aware, and ready for a more refined internal experience. I bring a depth of understanding to the nuanced ways trauma and early experiences can show up in high-functioning lives—often hidden beneath achievement and composure. This allows me to offer a level of care that goes beyond coping—focusing instead on intentional, lasting shifts that align how you feel internally with how you show up in the world.

Ideal clients

“I am best positioned to serve high-functioning adults who are accustomed to meeting expectations—both their own and others’—but are ready to redefine what truly feels authentic to them. These clients often seek therapy to address anxiety, perfectionism, and deeply ingrained patterns, while exploring who they are beyond roles, responsibilities, and performance. Their goal is not just relief, but alignment, clarity, and a more meaningful connection to themselves.”

Treatment methods

Trauma-Focused CBT

“You’ve built a life that works—but it doesn’t always feel the way you want it to. Using CBT alongside trauma-focused approaches, I help high-functioning individuals understand not only the thought patterns driving stress and overthinking, but also the underlying experiences that keep those patterns in place. Together, we’ll shift them in a way that feels thoughtful, sustainable, and aligned—so you can maintain your standards while finally experiencing more calm and ease.”

Narrative

I’ve worked with high-achieving individuals who appear composed on the outside, yet carry a constant internal pressure to perform. Using a Narrative Therapy approach, we’ll explore the stories you’ve come to live by—many of which were shaped by past experiences, expectations, or roles you’ve outgrown. Together, we’ll gently examine and rewrite those narratives, so they reflect who you are now—not just who you’ve had to be. The result is a more grounded, intentional, and authentic way of moving through your life.”
