Navigating life transitions and the challenges of aging can be daunting and unpredictable. By discussing these challenges, clients can gain control and make meaningful changes. I specialize in working with older adults who have experienced various issues, including loss, depression, medical complications, decreased independence, and the unique challenges of aging in both home and institutional settings. I also work with clients in hospice care, striving to offer a comforting and supportive environment as they near the end of their life. My goal is to help clients adapt to the changes that come with older adulthood and confidently approach their new circumstances wherever they are in their life journey.

First session

Our first session will cover a client's history and the reasons for seeking therapy.
