I am a compassionate and client-centered psychotherapist with over three years of direct psychotherapy experience and six years of combined experience in social services and community behavioral health. Through careful evaluation to formulate an accurate understanding of each client’s needs, I develop individualized treatment plans that are collaborative, goal-oriented, and adaptable over time. My practice is distinguished by my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment to thoughtfully challenge clients’ unhelpful thought patterns. I encourage clients to examine assumptions, consider alternative perspectives, and develop more balanced, constructive ways of thinking in a way that fosters trust, resilience, and meaningful change.
You may know exactly what you want to change, but still find yourself feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or repeating the same patterns despite your best efforts. I often help with anxiety, depression, grief, emotional intensity, low self-worth, and relationship stress, especially when someone knows what they want to do but struggles to follow through. My style is direct, supportive, and down-to-earth, and I use CBT, DBT, REBT, and motivational interviewing to make therapy feel practical, collaborative, and genuinely helpful. I also bring warmth and humor into the work so it feels more like a real conversation with someone in your corner rather than being analyzed by some human computer

I truly believe everyone can benefit from therapy and consider this work impactful to all. Beginning this journey is no easy feat as it's never easy to acknowledge or ask for help. I thoroughly enjoy working with women or are finding themselves "stuck", reeling after a break up, pondering if the relationship they are in is best suited for them. Hola my name is Alma Flores, LMHC. I am originally from Puerto Rico I have been living and working in Massachusetts since 2007. I have 17 years of experience working as a Mental Health Counselor with both Hispanic and English speaking community. I do Individual, couple's and family therapy. I utilize techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Regulation to teach coping skills and new patterns of thinking. These skills allow people to live a healthier and beautiful life that every person deserves.
As a therapist, I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism, as well as people navigating trauma and chronic PTSD. I work with adults and teenagers, and I recently expanded my practice to include couples. This work is particularly meaningful to me because I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult woman myself. Receiving a late diagnosis can bring tremendous relief and understanding, while also opening the door to grief for the years spent without the support, language, or understanding you deserved. There can be an inherent trauma in being neurodivergent in a world that often asks us to adapt ourselves rather than adapting to us. Many neurodivergent people have histories of masking, shame, rejection, chronic misunderstanding, and feeling like something is fundamentally wrong with them. Therapy can be a space to unpack those experiences and develop a deeper, more compassionate understanding of yourself.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care. I specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity development, relationship issues, and life transitions. My practice integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their stories, heal from emotional wounds, and build meaningful lives. Through our work together, clients often experience greater emotional resilience, improved self-esteem, and more fulfilling relationships. My goal is to support clients in reclaiming their voice, strengthening their coping skills, and fostering long-term mental wellness.
Hi there! I'm Nadine. I am a bubbly, kind, and caring therapist. I go above and beyond for my clients, and I am so glad that you have taken this step in your healing journey. Deciding to begin, try, explore, or re-start therapy can be a nerve-wracking choice to make. Then you are given this huge task of choosing a therapist. Ugh! So, why choose me? Well, first of all, I am a normal person. I am not stuffy or a therapist that just tells you that you are always right. I am a human that speaks with you like you are also human! I have a great memory, I am engaging, and I like to think I also make therapy fun! If you feel like we might be a good fit, why not give meeting with me a try? If we aren't the right fit, no worries. I just want you to get the help that you feel is right for you. Hopefully we meet soon!

My name is Ryan, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I graduated with my MS in Clinical Mental Health Care at Bay Path University in 2018. I have worked in an outpatient setting, as a therapist, since the fall of 2018. Prior to completing my program, I gained valuable experience through Crisis services as a clinician and support counselor. I have worked with people of all ages and from a variety of backgrounds.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic with attention to client centered, a more holistic approach which encompasses the entire body as we tend to suffer as a whole being. I want to work with those to reintegrate those parts. People often do not realize the power of our thoughts and how it can negatively impact our overall wellbeing. I often tell people that our brain is a powerful tool. We are built to survive rather than thrive- this is a primordial skill that has not left us, but we have more effective tools.
It is important to me to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable space to talk about uncomfortable life situations. I do well within the neurodivergent community, and have aided in navigating difficult milestones in their lives.

I became licensed in (psychiatric) Clinical Social Work and received my LICSW License in 1996. I have been in this field for over 35 years and worked in a number of clinics, hospitals in Boston and Brockton. I enjoy helping people find their inner strength and work through those subconscious unresolved issues from the past so that the individual can finally be free from childhood traumas, past relationship issues ect. I strongly believe that between the developmental ages of 1 through 18 can and does affect who you are today and what ever happened to you between that time still has a hold on you today at the ages of 20, 30 50, etc. Getting rid of all that hurt, anger, trauma, etc. so that you can address it, work through it, come to terms with it and ultimately leave it all behind, and unload it.

I’m a Certified Anxiety Specialist and LCSW who helps people break free from anxiety, stress, and self-doubt. I don’t just listen, I teach practical skills while working alongside you. My approach is hands-on and collaborative, meaning we work together in each session to understand your challenges, identify patterns, and practice strategies that actually make a difference in your daily life.
Anxiety, stress, and self-esteem struggles can feel overwhelming, exhausting, or even isolating. I know how hard it can be when worry or self-doubt takes over, and I’m here to help you regain a sense of control. Whether you want to feel calmer, more confident, or simply able to handle life’s challenges without being held back, I guide you in building practical tools that are tailored to your unique experiences.
I draw from a variety of approaches to meet your needs, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and strengths-based strategies. This means we can explore what works best for you, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. I also include psychoeducation so you understand what’s happening in your mind and body, which helps make the skills we practice more effective.
My goal is not just to help you cope, but to empower you to thrive. Therapy with me is an active, engaging process; we talk, reflect, practice, and experiment together. I help clients identify strengths, recognize patterns, and create lasting changes in how they think, feel, and act.
If you’re ready to take steps toward feeling more confident, calmer, and capable, I’ll be here every step of the way, providing support, guidance, and practical tools to help you succeed.

Art Therapy is to heal with art. A picture is worth a thousand words. In my 30 years experience as an Art Therapist iI have witnessed people heal with their art expressions. Art has a way of getting to the heart of the matter very quickly to foster self discovery, growth and healing. You do not need to be an artist to do art therapy. It's about the process not the product. It is creative and fun.
