Together we will do a deep dive into your life and story, test your vitamin and hormone levels, examine your lifestyle, evaluate the effectiveness of any current medications you are taking and come up with a comprehensive plan that will leave you feeling peaceful, vibrant and excited for the future.

We will work together to get the cause of your distress. We will optimize your vitamin levels, thyroid and other hormone levels if indicated. We will evaluate your current medications and consider medication and non medication options to help. We will examine your relationships, work, and lifestyle for areas you would like to change or improve, brainstorm ideas, and implement strategies to help you thrive in all areas of your life.
What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?
I have many tools in my toolbox to help you feel your best. I will utilize my training and experience in conventional psychiatry, functional medicine, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Our plan will be multifaceted and based on your goals and desires.
