However, you don’t have to go through these challenges alone. Let me help you achieve your best self. I have extensive experience working with adolescents with high risk, as well as with adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, family issues, behavioral issues. My areas of specialty are anxiety, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. I utilize modalities including CBT, DBT and Mindfulness to help individuals along their journey.
