Hi! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my Masters Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida and have been practicing for five years. I help adults and teenagers struggling with depression, anxiety, and overwhelming stress. My mission to empower clients and help people to live happy and fulfilling lives.

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, explore the challenges leading you to seek out counseling, and answer any questions you might have. Together we’ll explore your strengths and goals to help develop a plan of what we will focus on in follow-up sessions.

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past four years. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. We’ll then use that knowledge to change unhelpful thinking patterns, promoting healthier thoughts, better ways of coping, and helping you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy is a type of therapy that helps people find solutions to their problems by focusing on what's already going well in their lives. It's a quick and practical approach that looks at strengths and positive changes rather than spending a lot of time on past issues. The goal is to help people set achievable goals and create a better future.
