I’m a dedicated mental health professional and the founder of Infinite Wellness and Recovery, where I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to support healing and personal growth. I specialize in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, and Imago Therapy for couples, helping individuals and families navigate challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and relationship dynamics. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, develop healthier coping strategies, and build meaningful, fulfilling lives.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session at Infinite Wellness and Recovery, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. I take time to understand their concerns, history, and goals for therapy through open-ended questions and active listening. We will discuss what brought them to therapy, explore past experiences that may be influencing their present challenges, and identify areas they want to work on. I also provide an overview of my therapeutic approach and how we can collaboratively create a plan tailored to their needs. Most importantly, the first session is about creating a sense of safety and trust, allowing clients to feel comfortable and empowered as they begin their healing journey.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my empathetic, client-centered approach, and my ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. I have a deep capacity for active listening and emotional attunement, allowing me to understand my clients' unique experiences and tailor interventions to their specific needs. My expertise in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Imago Therapy enables me to offer effective, structured support while remaining flexible to each client's journey. Additionally, my commitment to empowerment and personal growth helps clients build confidence, resilience, and lasting change in their lives.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

At Infinite Wellness and Recovery, I am best positioned to serve individuals, couples, and families who are seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation. I work well with clients who feel stuck in distressing thought patterns, struggle with overwhelming emotions, or need guidance in building healthier relationships. My approach is especially effective for those who are open to self-exploration and willing to develop new coping strategies. Whether someone is navigating past trauma, panic disorder, relationship conflicts, or difficulty setting boundaries, I provide a safe, supportive space where they can heal, grow, and regain a sense of control in their lives.

My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

In my practice at Infinite Wellness and Recovery, I utilize Person-Centered Therapy by creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. I prioritize empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard to foster self-acceptance and personal growth. Rather than directing or imposing solutions, I guide clients toward self-awareness and autonomy, helping them trust their own judgment in making meaningful changes. By modeling authenticity and transparency, I build a strong therapeutic relationship that encourages clients to express themselves freely and develop confidence in their healing journey.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice at Infinite Wellness and Recovery, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and maladaptive behaviors. By working collaboratively, I guide clients in recognizing how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, empowering them to develop healthier coping strategies. Through structured interventions such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and mindfulness techniques, I support clients in replacing unhelpful beliefs with more balanced perspectives. My goal is to equip clients with practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges, fostering resilience and long-term emotional well-being.

Couples Counseling

In my practice at Infinite Wellness and Recovery, I use Imago Therapy in couples counseling to help partners deepen their connection by transforming conflict into opportunities for healing and growth. I guide couples in understanding how past experiences shape their relationship dynamics and teach them to communicate with empathy and intentionality. Through structured dialogues and reflective listening, I help partners express their needs and emotions in a way that fosters connection rather than defensiveness. By creating a safe space for vulnerability, I support couples in rebuilding trust, strengthening intimacy, and developing a deeper appreciation for one another, ultimately fostering a more conscious and fulfilling relationship.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In my practice at Infinite Wellness and Recovery, I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I guide clients in balancing acceptance and change, empowering them to manage intense emotions while building healthier coping strategies. Through structured interventions such as mindfulness exercises, distress tolerance techniques, and cognitive restructuring, I support clients in improving emotional resilience and reducing impulsive behaviors. By creating a validating and supportive environment, I help clients develop the tools necessary to navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and cultivate more stable and fulfilling relationships.

EMDR

In my practice at Infinite Wellness and Recovery, I use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process and heal from past trauma by targeting distressing memories that contribute to emotional and psychological distress. Through guided bilateral stimulation, I support clients in reprocessing traumatic experiences, reducing their emotional intensity, and fostering adaptive beliefs. EMDR allows clients to move past stuck points by helping their brains reframe painful memories in a way that promotes healing and resilience. By creating a safe and structured environment, I empower clients to work through their trauma, decrease emotional reactivity, and build a sense of empowerment in their daily lives.
