LCSW, 1 years of experience
New to Grow
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in supporting women through life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and trauma recovery. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in a developmental perspective that honors each woman’s unique story. I integrate psychoeducation with evidence-based therapies to help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength. Whether you're navigating a major life change, healing from past wounds, or seeking a deeper sense of self-worth, I’m here to support your growth and healing.
Our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask about your history, current concerns, and your goals for our work together. This is a safe, confidential space for you to share at your own pace. We’ll also discuss how therapy works, answer any questions you have, and begin to create a personalized plan to support your healing and growth. The goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and hopeful from the start.
My greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where women feel truly seen and heard. I combine deep empathy with a clear, developmentally informed approach that helps clients understand the roots of their challenges.
work best with women who are navigating major life transitions, healing from trauma, or struggling with low self-esteem. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their sense of self. They’re often high-functioning on the outside but carrying invisible emotional burdens. My clients are ready to better understand their patterns, reclaim their voice, and move toward lasting change. Whether you're entering a new phase of life, recovering from painful experiences, or seeking greater self-worth, I offer a supportive space to explore, heal, and grow.
My experience with Compassion Focused Therapy isn’t about “positive thinking” or ignoring pain. It’s about meeting pain with courage, wisdom, and kindness. If you are stuck in cycles of self-blame or harsh inner criticism, let's peal through those layers and heal.
I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in managing anxiety, building effective stress management strategies, and navigating life transitions with greater resilience.
I utilize Christian Counseling to help clients manage anxiety, stress, and life transitions through both practical tools and spiritual insight. My approach focuses on identifying unhelpful thought patterns, developing healthier coping strategies, and grounding the healing process in biblical truth. Through scripture, prayer, and a Christ-centered perspective, I support clients in learning to forgive, love, and embrace the hope and identity God has intended for them.
I guide individuals in understanding how their experiences, especially trauma and life changes—shape development, using accessible psychoeducational tools that foster self-awareness and resilience.
I help clients navigate grief by providing a supportive space to process loss, honor their emotions, and find a path forward with meaning and resilience.
