I am a LPC I help people through trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction and relationship struggles. I offer both in person and virtual sessions for your convenience. My therapy modality is CBT, believing we talk to no person more than we talk to ourselves. So those messages make the biggest difference in our success. I also use motivation interviewing when helping people with substance abuse issues, Gottman in helping couples and EMDR when working with trauma and PTSD.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction. Or relationship issues.

My treatment methods

EMDR

I’ve been using EMDR for many years, I use it in my practice to help people with PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and to get through many of life’s issues that create blocks to our ability to move forward.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We don’t talk to anyone more than we talk to ourselves. So those internal messages make the biggest difference in our successes as well as our inabilities to move forward. CBT Helps work on that internal dialogue, to give ourselves a more positive message.

Gottman method

This method has helped me guide couples coming to my practice get through conflict. This helps us grow toward each other instead of away.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing Works on ambivalence, taking accountability and adapting skills to work on addictions and substance abuse.
