Currently I provide therapy for my clients via Teletherapy and have evening and Saturday appointments. I have been providing counseling services for 20 years. I take a holistic approach to providing therapy with an emphasis on mind and body connection. I believe that by working towards creating a balance in every area of your life you can move towards living a healthier life.
During our first session a Client can expect me to provide education on the type of treatment modalities i utilize and why. Clients will be assessed to identify their needs and goals. Building a good rapport with Clients is important to me to ensure Clients feel safe enough to discuss their need.
I utilize evidenced based therapies which haven been proven to be successful in treating mental health issues. I will measure your progress throughout therapy by using evidenced based screening tools to identify progress.
