My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

\I use a type of psychotherapy in which negative patterns of thought about the self and the world are challenged in order to alter unwanted behavior patterns or treat mood disorders such as depression.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I practice using a form of psychotherapy that uses mindfulness meditation and related practices to enhance self-awareness and help individuals cope with stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. It involves being fully present in the moment, observing thoughts and feelings without judgment, and developing skills to manage stress and improve emotional regulation
