I am not a strong advocate for techniques, they come at us faster than I can learn and master. I rely on exposing beliefs and values that may not be serving you best. Oftentimes, we are living by someone else's or societal values that are just unrealistic. Learning who you and what you have to offer and contribute is the goal.
