Oftentimes, we are living by someone else's or societal values that are just unrealistic. Learning who you and what you have to offer and contribute is the goal.

First session with Dr. J and first session ever. Was nervous at first, but that quickly went away when we started speaking. He is kind, but direct. Understanding and supportive, but also doesn't give you B.S. This is the first step in a journey for me, and I feel comfortable working with Dr. J on my path. I don't know what to expect yet, but with the open conversation we had, I think I will be a good place with him in my corner.
