Before private practice, I worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia providing individual and group therapy for adolescents with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. I also supported patients and families on the Oncology, Behavioral Health, PICU, and NICU units, and those navigating grief and loss. Those experiences taught me that healing rarely looks perfect, and that progress often starts with showing up, even when you don’t feel ready.
My goal is simple: to help you make sense of what’s going on and find a little more ease in the middle of it all. Whether you’re ready to talk, vent, process, or just exist in the moment — I’ve got you.

I love spending time at home with my husband and our pets, and I’m a big fan of unwinding with a good movie. I believe balance, connection, and moments of calm are essential — not just luxuries — and I often help clients explore how to build more of that into their own lives.
