I specialize in decreasing thought distortions that lead to anxiety and teaching coping skills to assist in managing anxiety symptoms as they present. I work most often from a strength-based approach in supporting clients as they learn to identify and challenge beliefs and experiences, which can drive depressive symptoms.

First session

During our initial session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Strengths

I have been able to easily and genuinely connect with clients immediately and begin building rapport as I remain nonjudgmental and empathetic towards each individual person. I enjoy helping others to grow and reach their potential as I understand the difficulties that this life offers each of us. I listen intently, collaboratively work through negative thoughts and I’m hear to always listen.

Ideal clients

The majority of my experience has been with adolescent clients and young adults that struggle with self-discovery, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and the effects of generational trauma.
