My practice assists Black clients across North America who are impacted by a range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, and depression through a racially-sensitive treatment approach. We also work with individual clients seeking to improve their self-concept by understanding and processing the impact of historical and generational racial trauma on their relationships with themselves, their families, their friends, and their partners. I am a therapist who strives to fully understand my clients and their needs to create an optimized approach to meet their goals. I specialize in working primarily with individual adult clients to help them deal with issues such as infidelity, communication, stress management, anger management, relationship building, sexuality, etc. At Yolo Therapy, our ultimate goal is the well-being of our clients. For various reasons, many clients are unable to access traditional therapy settings but I do not believe that should prevent them from receiving exceptional services. I have catered my practice to the needs of those who need alternative options to therapy and am here to help you.

"Life can be stressful, overwhelming and confusing at times. It's as if you have this weight that is on your shoulders that does not seem to get any lighter. Therapy is a great way to unpack the load that you are carrying and help make life more manageable. Whether it's conflict with your children, spouse, co-workers or friends, or financial difficulties, or even the pressure you put on yourself, all of these concerns and more I address with my clients in therapy.
My approach to therapy is to provide a safe place where you can be yourself and talk about issues and topics that matter to you. It is a value based and strength based approach meaning, each of us have values that we live by and have built in strength and resiliency. Therapy is a tool that can highlight those values and build upon those strengths. I am a licensed psychologist who has experience working with children, adolescents and adults to help them achieve their personal goals. I look forward to assisting you with developing insight into your own life about recurring patterns, thoughts or behaviors and help you learn more adaptive ways of approaching life so you can master it!"

As a licensed professional counselor, I am passionate about increasing self-awareness, teaching mindfulness techniques, and providing a safe space. My goal is to provide a warm and non-judgmental environment to allow clients to feel safe and supported. I desire to meet you where you are in your life journey and assist you along the path to sufficiency, as each individual is the expert in his/her/their personal life experiences. Hi! My name is Alexys and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Since 2010, I have dedicated my clinical career to helping individuals navigate life's complex transitions, process deep-seated challenges, and build healthier, more intentional relationships. I believe that therapy is at its best when it is a true partnership. You are the expert on your own life story; my role is to provide the clinical expertise, objective perspective, and dedicated space to help you make sense of it.
Hi, I'm Dr. Lauren! I have over 10 years of clinical experience working primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and selective mutism. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia.
After completing a neuropsychology fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital Lurie Center for Autism during the COVID-19 pandemic, I knew I wanted to return home to Philly. I went on to complete a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Autism Research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where I later worked as a staff psychologist for nearly four years.
I'm now excited to bring this experience to my own private practice, where I can focus on providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual and family. In my free time, I enjoy singing, playing golf, going out to eat, and spending time with my fiancé and 4-year-old rescue chihuahua-mix, Nugget.
I value evidence-based treatment! I know approaching mental health can often feel confusing, undefined, and can elicit questions like, "Where do I even begin?"
I want to create a roadmap to feeling better. We'll define markers of progress and track your momentum over time. By creating clear indicators for success, we'll have a clear, grounded approach to treatment.
Further, it is incredibly important to me that you feel safe and welcomed in-session. I know that treatment can be a very vulnerable process, so your comfort is of the utmost importance. We can move at whatever speed feels best to you.
Thank you for your consideration, and I hope to hear from you soon!
Hello and welcome! I'm Pam. If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, overthinking, relationship concerns, family stress, or a major life change, you may be looking for a place where you can slow down, feel heard, and find a clearer path forward. I work with teens and adults of all ages and aim to create a warm, caring and judgment-free space. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe being yourself. Together, we can explore what is weighing on you, recognize the strengths you already have, and build practical ways to cope with stress and move toward your goals. My approach is based on your individual needs and your overall well-being. Whether you are facing challenges at school, at work, in relationships, as a parent, or within yourself, we can work together to better understand what is happening and what you would like to change. My goal is to help you feel supported while building greater confidence, clarity, and hope for what comes next.
You might be here because life feels heavier than it should, your thoughts won’t slow down, or you’re tired of trying to hold everything together on your own. As a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania, I work with people who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self‑doubt, and the everyday challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
My approach is down‑to‑earth and collaborative. I don’t believe in one‑size‑fits‑all therapy — your experiences, your pace, and your goals matter. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build practical tools you can use in real life, and create space for you to feel understood without judgment.
I draw from evidence‑based practices, but just as importantly, I bring compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. Whether you’re working on managing emotions, improving focus, building confidence, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more capable, and more connected to the life you want to live.
I focus on individuals, couples, and families looking for support, guidance, and healing in a variety of areas. I specialize in oncology, palliative and end-of-life care; treating grief, bereavement, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, chronic illness, pain management, relationship issues and life transitions. I offer a holistic dynamic in therapy and believe there can be true healing and growth once the body and mind are in balance. You can expect a respectful, non-judgmental, and supportive approach to therapy with me, where I focus on forming nurturing and respectful connections. I strive to create trusting and collaborative relationships to provide effective, result-oriented treatment in a warm and supportive environment.
Each person brings a unique set of experiences and challenges. I partner with you to meet you where you are and help you achieve the personal or professional goals that matter most. Whether you’re managing stress and anxiety, feelings of depression, ADHD, or navigating life transitions, I combine empathic listening with practical strategies and a touch of humor to make growth both meaningful and manageable.
Many of my clients are ambitious professionals and individuals who are accustomed to striving for excellence while privately carrying stress, self-doubt, or a relentless pressure to do more. I help clients understand and work with their inner rebel, the part that resists rigid expectations, pushes back against perfectionism, and longs for greater autonomy and authenticity. Together, we can harness this part of you as a source of resilience, creativity, and lasting growth rather than viewing it as something to overcome.
I’m skilled at helping you identify both clear goals and the strengths you may overlook in yourself. Even when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged, there are always strengths and insights we can build from, and I help bring those into focus. Together, we will clarify goals, strengthen coping skills, and develop strategies that support decision-making, confidence, and emotional balance.

Hola! I Bienvenido/Welcome to my practice. I am honored to support you on your healing journey. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), fluent in both English and Spanish, with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strength. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Moravian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Catholic University of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. As a Latina therapist, I am committed to creating a space that feels culturally responsive and safe. In our sessions I bring a mix of warmth and honesty, paired with evidenced-based approaches all through trauma-informed lens. I am a therapist who believes healing happens when the mind, the soul and body are integrated. My work is grounded in lived experience, extensive clinical training. I worked with kids, teenagers, adults, couples and families in diverse settings such as Outpatient Mental Health Clinics, Dual Drug and Alcohol, and School Based Partial Programs. My style is warm, collaborative, and real. My practice is grounded in holistic care, including respect, and service into my therapeutic approach. I believe the therapy relationship matters, and I show up as myself in sessions. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. You were never broken. It’s about helping you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. Together, we will work on building tools that honor your story while fostering the growth you deserve. Outside of therapy, I love being in nature, hiking, working out, and travelling to new places. In addition to this, rooted in my Caribbean heritage, I enjoy the beach, ocean views, sunsets and sunrises.
Living life, relating to others, adapting to changing circumstances in a changing world, understanding our needs and desires, communicating those needs and desires to others: these are undertakings that require a degree of self-awareness, self-understanding, and insight into what drives us. It is my hope that I can be of some assistance in your process of self-discovery and self-acceptance. When meeting with me, you will receive friendly, compassionate, and non-judgmental support as you do the work of self-exploration, self-reflection, and reintegration of dissociated or fragmented parts of yourself and/or your experiences so that you may undergo a healing process. You will also receive practical suggestions of ways to cope with difficult emotions as they arise throughout the process. I endeavor to create a safe, sacred space for these experiences to occur as well as to ask questions, provide perspective, and make suggestions at times to encourage action or change.
I believe you are the ultimate expert on your own life. As a person-centered, solution-focused therapist, my role isn't to give you the answers. Instead, I partner with you to identify your unique goals, uncover your hidden strengths, and build actionable solutions that create lasting, positive change I hi. Most clients that join a session find me warm, nurturing and accepting while teaching you new skills of coping with the challenges of life. Mindfulness is an integral part of the strategies of being present and working through life stressors, anxiety and worry of overthinking and intrusive thoughts.

Hi, I'm Zora, a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist who believes real clinical work and genuine warmth can coexist. I follow your lead, while adjusting my approach based on what actually helps you and I make sure you always feel in control of the pace, especially when things get hard. However, I won't just sit back and nod, I'll gently challenge you and help you unpack the difficult things, all within a space that feels safe enough to actually do that work. I take clinical, evidence-based practice seriously and everything I do is grounded in solid training paired with real empathy. I also believe in the power of laughter, so don't be surprised if humor finds its way into even the harder conversations. My practice is a space for people ready to do honest work on anxiety, trauma, relationships, or whatever else life is throwing at them.
Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified art therapist. I have been practicing for just over seven years and I received my masters degree in art therapy from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I help clients with various needs such as anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, relationships, communication and coping skills to help become the best versions of themselves. I started my journey at KidsPeace Children's Hospital as an art therapist for a couple years, running group and individual therapy sessions. After KidsPeace I transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown as a therapist running group therapy sessions. Talk therapy is the most common method of therapy on this platform, but be aware that if you do have any interest in art therapy, we can certainly incorporate that into our work together whether that be during our sessions or for homework. The choice is yours!
Hi, I'm Nick. Clients who end up finding me are often capable and self-aware, but still find themselves overthinking, shutting down, becoming defensive, or feeling responsible for other people’s emotions. They often grew up being treated as “the problem” in their family of origin, and have learned to mask important parts of themselves, or were told their needs and reactions were too much. I work with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals who want to understand why certain patterns keep returning, and actually change them in a deeper way beyond just self-awareness and insight.
I view symptoms as having developed for understandable reasons and still feel necessary in situations that trigger implicit learnings from the past. Together, we’ll become curious about what a very specific pattern might be protecting and develop new ways to respond. The aim here is to create greater self-trust to allow for actual meaningful change.
I've always believed that most people aren't broken, they're stuck. And stuck is something we can work with. For 15 years I have worked with a wide range of people: veterans carrying wounds that never got proper attention, couples trying to find their way to a healthier relationship, individuals wrestling with OCD or trauma or habits they can't seem to shake, and families navigating transitions that turned their world upside down.
I tend to be direct yet compassionate in the way approach therapy and to what my clients are dealing with. The best complement for me is when a client tells me how they felt seen and heard unlike they have had previously.
I have a particular place in my heart for those living between worlds - racial minorities, expats, and members of immigrant communities who are navigating the push and pull of various socio-cultural forces. I understand that experience from the inside, not just from a textbook.
If you are someone who is ready to engage honestly and wants a clinician who will meet you with both expertise and genuine care, please reach out.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist/sex therapist in Pennsylvania with over 12 years of professional work experience. I have specialized experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relational/sexual issues, intimacy, family conflicts, & LGBTQ+.

I strive to take a collaborative approach in treatment identifying all aspects of one’s life e.g. family, religious background, relationships, career, and overall beliefs and values in order to challenge clients to look at all pillars in their lives to see where and if change needs to occur.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
My biggest passion has always been to help others, and I am so grateful I can achieve that as a therapist. Helping my clients identify struggles and find new skills for coping makes my work as a therapist very rewarding. My personal life and professional life can often overlap since I value service, holistic healing, spirituality and community. I love animals, and when I'm not with my fur babies Ayla, Lynx and Bandit, I spend some of my free time volunteering at one of my local animal shelters. I enjoy working out and prioritizing movement to keep myself energized and strong. I deeply enjoy quality time with my husband, our family and friends, as well as growing in my own faith and spirituality.

Hey there! My name is Taleah, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania, who is here to help you move towards your goals. My counseling career started in 2010 where I focused on working with primarily adults dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, family conflict and other mental health concerns. I provide a warm, welcoming, and supportive space that allows individuals to show up as themselves.
The overall goal for most is the pursuit of happiness and life fulfilment. Often stressors resulting from anxiety, past trauma, separations, life changes and addiction (amongst other things) interfere with reaching happiness. Life is about progress not perfection! Being intentional with your thoughts and behaviors are ways that will get you closer to your goal. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic strategies allows me the flexibility to treat each client as an individual. With over 14 years of experience, I am confident that I can meet you where you are while helping you get to where you want to go!
Welcome to Grow Therapy! My focus as a mental health therapist is to guide my client through the emotional ebb and flow of life. When one experiences turbulence in life, whether it be depression, anxiety, relationship issues and so much more, I aim to sit with my client. Extending my insight and clinical experience to guide them in their transition through the many challenges of life. Using evidence-based practices and intuition, I find that I have an innate ability to cultivate change and improved wellness.
My passion for Psychology and Counseling began in 2004 while attending Western Michigan University. I then went on to Graduate School at Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI. There I graduated Magna Cum Laude, in 2012 with a MA in Counseling.
Do you feel overwhelmed these days? Are you constantly trying to strike a balance between the demands of work and parenting or co-parenting, while also managing your health, housework, and perhaps other demands? In your family, does the caretaking always fall to you? Are you experiencing depression and anxiety in reaction to either a past trauma and/or burnout from stress? I work with women who are experiencing what I like to call "multiple-role fatigue". I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma-related stress disorders common to women who face an ever-mounting load of responsibilities in a complex society, where being a mother or a caretaker often comes with diverse challenges and responsibilities. I also like to work with clients on their recovery from trauma. With this in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.
I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I focus on parental needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.
Hello,
Please know that I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental environment for you where you will find your voice and tell your story, for which you are the expert. Thank you for sharing information about yourself. I'm delighted that you've reached out for help. I am Dr. P. Myria Bailey Whitcomb. I hold an LCSW license in Pennsylvania, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling. I have 11 years of experience in the field, holding a diverse range of positions, including Hospice and grief. I strive to be a well-rounded practitioner who can meet my clients' needs to live a holistic life of wellness and gratitude.
Hello and welcome, I'm Sarah!
Life can be stressful, overwhelming, and beautiful. I believe we all can benefit from professional support through therapy.
Therapy looks different for everyone, but it is always a joint effort of therapist and client. I bring empathetic understanding, evidence-based clinical techniques, and a safe environment... you bring your unique experience in life, expertise on your situation, and willingness to work on yourself.
I specialize in helping those who need support navigating the stress of life, as well as those who have experienced trauma. Additionally, I specialize in treating individuals in prenatal/postpartum support.
My clinical training is in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). This highly specialized technique allows people who are "stuck" in depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and psychotic disorders where other therapies have not been successful.
We will go at your speed. Thank you for taking this first step in your healing!
Please note that I only see client's virtually during the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Most people don't need more advice. They need clarity.
I'm Josh, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience helping adults cut through the noise — the overthinking, the emotional cycles, the stuck feeling that tells you something has to change. My approach is direct and practical: we figure out what's actually going on, build a concrete plan, and get to work.
Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating a rough stretch, or just ready to operate differently, I'll give you real tools — not just a space to vent. If you're ready to move, so am I.

Hello I'm Jackie.
Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself?
Are you faced with emotional challenges, do you long for clarity on the how, the why, and the what to do, and because understanding is always that one step closer to your healing I will help you answer the tough questions. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, communication, relationship issues, grief, self worth, and more, you may need the help of a professional to help you on your journey to psychological health.
I understand that facing the insurmountable stresses of life leaves many feeling uncertain about their place and purpose in the world. This is why I utilize a person-centered, evidence based approach to therapy that allows an individual the opportunity to discover and identify abilitIes that lead to accessing a successful life.
Providing a safe, judgment-free, trustworthy and compassionate environment is the space I create as a therapist. In this space I help individuals focus on their individual needs, validate their experiences, unlock their inner strengths, and in so doing, reclaim their power to navigate a fulfilling life that is healed.
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
Do you miss being in control of your emotions? Do you struggle with racing thoughts, a lack of motivation, or low self-confidence? Ready to make yourself a priority again? I am here to help! As a Licensed therapist (LPC) certified in CBT-TF, specializing in trauma focused therapy, I can help you get back into the driver's seat of your emotional roller coaster called life. In addition, with my knowledge and experience working with individuals, couples, and families, from all backgrounds, I will be able to help you work through past experiences that are causing distress in your life. I want to provide a safe space for you to be your most authentic self. Life can be hard, but you don't have to go through it alone. I find it beneficial to mix different types of therapy tools including mindfulness, psychoeducation, journaling techniques and much more! Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, self-confidence or life in general, I will be able to provide evidence-based techniques for you to become the best version of yourself.

I attended Ashland University and Seminary and have been a counselor for 15 years and come from a Christian perspective. I’m happy to help you with any of your concerns and help you reach your goals.
My background has been shaped by walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult and vulnerable experiences. I began working in hospice care, where I learned the importance of presence, compassion, and creating space for grief and meaning at the end of life. From there, I moved into intensive case management and addiction counseling in a methadone clinic, supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, and significant life challenges. Over time, my work has focused more deeply on individuals living with complex trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, severe mental illness, and experiences of domestic violence. These experiences have taught me how important it is to move gently, build trust at a pace that feels safe, and truly meet people where they are. I bring a steady, nonjudgmental presence into the therapy room, with the understanding that healing often begins in feeling seen, understood, and not alone.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am located in and licensed through Pennsylvania, with 9 years of experience. I help individuals of all ages who are seeking support, develop and move toward goals to improve their lives and increase joy. I hope that through working together you can achieve your individualized therapy goals and feel satisfied with your life.
My counseling style is empathic and conversational, grounded in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. We'll incorporate your experiences, feelings, and values into a meaningful life story. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, narrative, and evidence-based strategies while allowing space for rediscovery, growth, and repair.
I specialize in depression, self-esteem, substance use and misuse, men's mental health, and relationship issues. Relationships are often the most important things in our lives, and all treatment holds this at its core. When we pursue change, we strengthen our relationships and become better partners, parents and friends.
I strive to meet the client where they're at and tailor the approach based on their needs. My style is empathic and supportive. We will figure out where and how you'd like to make changes, uncover the patterns that have kept you stuck, and do the rewarding work of letting go of the things that aren't working for you anymore.
I bring a wide range of life experiences into my work and offer a relaxed, approachable presence in each session. We’ve all received messages throughout our lives—some that have supported us and others that have caused harm. Together, we can begin to sort through those experiences and let go of what no longer serves you. I take a holistic approach, recognizing that we are more than just our minds, and I intentionally integrate the body and spirituality into the work. My background is in progressive Christianity, while remaining open and respectful of all spiritual paths. I believe people grow most effectively in relationship—with support, insight, and accountability guiding the process.

Hi there! I am a big sports fan who loves spending time with family, sharing laughter, and enjoying great food. Music and outdoor activities are two of my favorite things. Hi, I'm Sandy. I'm a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania and I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work as well as a Master's degree in Educational Psychology. I specialize in helping busy women navigate the unique stress and challenges of midlife so they feel less lost and anxious and more empowered and confident. We'll draw on the strength, experience, and wisdom you've built to reach this point, even if things feel uncertain right now. As your therapist, my role is to offer encouragement, be your collaborator, and celebrate your progress. But lasting change doesn’t come without effort, so I’ll also teach you new perspectives, help identify patterns that might be hindering your growth, and provide coping skills and techniques you can use in everyday life.
I am an experienced licensed professional counselor who has obtained an MA in Counseling Psychology with a Trauma Focus. Therapy is a personal journey that takes courage to begin. I am here to help you take that first step. I offer personalized online therapy and can help you to overcome your obstacles, reach your goals, create healthy coping tools, process your trauma, and provide a safe space for healing.
I combine my understanding, education, and life experiences with a person centered approach to help clients heal from past traumas, navigate through grief and loss, and cope with the everyday stress.
When grief, loss, and tragedies happen, we are applauded for our ability to stay strong through the tragedy, but what does being strong mean? Does it mean suppressing your feelings in order to get through the day? Holding back your tears so you can wipe the tears of others? Going about your day like nothing happened?
This "strength" is not helping you. This "strength" is hurting you. That tightness in your chest, those swirls in your stomach, constant headaches, aches and pains, and feeling exhausted yet not being able to fall asleep at night, is the "strength" people refer to affecting your body and mind. All of those feelings and thoughts you keep inside, all that "strength," is weighing on your mind and body.
True strength is vulnerability and compassion for oneself. The true strength is not numbing to get through the day, the TRUE strength is feeling the uncomfortable emotions, acknowledging the hurtful thoughts, expressing the pain you feel, and talking about the whirlwind of thoughts replaying in your mind.
I can offer you a safe and judgment free atmosphere to do just that. You have been there for countless others. Allow me to be there for you.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to helping adults navigate life’s challenges. Specializing in anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, and phobias , I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where healing and growth can begin. With a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and trauma-informed care, I work collaboratively with each client to build practical skills and deepen self-understanding.
Whether you're just starting your healing journey or looking to strengthen your recovery, I meet you where you are with empathy, clarity, and support tailored to your unique needs.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
My work is informed by real-life experiences, which allows me to approach therapy with authenticity, compassion, and genuine understanding. My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns at a pace that feels right for you. I help adults manage anxiety, navigate relationships, cope with stress, and handle the demands of everyday life. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, develop practical tools, and work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and meaningful, lasting change.
Are you feeling stuck in patterns you can't break, overwhelmed by anxiety, or burnt out in your daily life? My name is Meghan and I am a licensed professional counselor in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and owner of Inner Light Counseling & Wellness. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, difficult life transitions, and recover from narcissistic abuse.
My approach is warm and grounded in proven therapies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll identify areas of focus and set goals that matter to you, such as building self-esteem, healing childhood wounds, improving relationships, and breaking unhealthy habits.
My therapeutic style integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and person-centered therapy. My goal is to help clients deepen self-awareness, build emotional balance, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Taking that first step toward a more fulfilling, balanced life takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to guide and empower you through each phase of your journey.

I strive to create a therapeutic space that is compassionate, relatable, and free from judgement. I believe that the greatest beauty in a person lies in their true, authentic self. As a therapist, I am committed to cultivating an environment that nurtures and encourages authenticity. There is no such thing as a perfect problem. You have been trying so hard for so long but you feel like a failure. You just don't adult like other people.
This can show up looking like Anxiety, Depression or even stuff like OCD or Social Anxiety symptoms.
Often this pain relates to trauma. It could be a history of very serious abuse with PTSD or just painful life experiences you assumed were not such a big deal.
This is where I can help. I love to use my skills to help people who are wrestling with emotional pain and daily life struggles. I want you to see yourself and the world in a new way. To stop experiencing days that feel like a dumpster fire. To feel hopeful about your life. To feel safe.To accept your imperfections and like yourself anyhow.
When we work together it probably won't be like other therapy you have tried.
We will work on your timeline. We will also focus on what matters. I am trained in therapies that address your thinking and your emotions. I use several forms of Cognitive therapy, EMDR, and Ericksonian (non-directive) Hypnosis.
Hey, I’m Mariah! I work with women who look like they have it together on the outside but internally feel exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break. A lot of my clients are the ones everyone depends on. They’re successful, self-aware, high-achieving, and used to pushing through. But underneath that, they’re overthinking everything, emotionally drained, struggling in relationships, and wondering why they still feel so stuck despite years of trying to “work on themselves.”
Many have done therapy before and left frustrated because they gained insight but nothing actually changed.
My approach is honest, direct, and focused on getting to the root of what’s keeping you stuck — not just helping you manage symptoms. I help clients understand the deeper patterns behind their anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, emotional burnout, and relationship struggles so they can stop surviving life on autopilot.
I’m not the therapist who just sits quietly and nods for 50 minutes. I’ll challenge you, connect the dots, and help you make real shifts in the way you relate to yourself and others. I also offer private pay therapy for clients looking for more personalized care without the limitations insurance can place on treatment. Clients are able to use HSA/FSA funds to pay for services and are able to receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and over 25 years of experience providing therapy to individuals. Whether the first time dealing with an issue or an old issue that keeps showing up, I will help you to begin to identify and express your feelings about your experiences. It's a gift you deserve — one we all deserve.
The pathway to healing is open to you, and I will do my best to help you get there.
I am a psychologist and licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania. My counseling style is laid back. I have been described as supportive, caring, and compassionate, with a good sense of humor. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve their goals.
Hi there! Let's sit and chat...
Are you looking for a safe space to explore and organize your thoughts and feelings?
Many people see therapy as a one-sided conversation, with little opportunity for interaction or getting to experience one another as real people. I can assure you our sessions will be as real as it gets!
I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are looking for. We'll work on building trust and a sense of safety, using open communication and humor, to identify how we can improve on your already existing coping skills, supports, and knowledge. Simply put, I don't think therapy has to be a painful thing for you. Starting this step can be hard and I would love the opportunity to work with you on this journey.

Hello, my name is Mr. Frazier, and I have been a therapist for more than 30 years, working with individuals across a variety of therapeutic settings. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience through my work with clinics, agencies, and hospitals, developing the knowledge and insight that I now bring to my practice.
Before becoming a therapist, family members, friends, and even colleagues from previous occupations often shared that I was someone who was easy to talk to and made them feel comfortable opening up. Along with my natural ability to connect with people, my education, clinical training, and years of experience working with diverse populations inspired me to continue expanding my ability to help others.
Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of meeting and collaborating with individuals from small-town communities, major cities, and a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and success, regardless of their current circumstances.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
— Carl Rogers
I believe so many of us already have the capacity to become our best selves, but something gets in the way. Past experiences, anxiety, patterns we’ve learned, or ways we’ve had to cope that no longer serve us.
I work with children, teens, adults, and parents who feel stuck or held back in some way, and are ready to start understanding why. Together, we look at what’s underneath those patterns and begin to gently remove the things that are no longer helping you grow.
My approach is warm, supportive, and real. I want you to feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, while also helping you move forward in a way that feels more aligned and authentic to you.
Therapy isn’t about becoming someone completely different. It’s about coming back to yourself, with more clarity, confidence, and the ability to move through life in a way that feels better.
If you’re ready to step into that version of yourself, I’d love to connect.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, working and living under the Arizona sun. I feel deeply connected to the community I grew up in and remain committed to serving clients in Pennsylvania. I began my undergraduate studies at William Paterson University of New Jersey, where I played Division III soccer. Balancing academics, athletics, and life responsibilities gave me firsthand insight into the challenges young adults face, furthering my interest in mental health. My background in Christian counseling further allows me to support clients who desire faith‑based guidance as they work toward restoration and healing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about social justice and ending relational violence. I received my Master's of Social Service from Bryn Mawr’s Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research in 2019. I have experience working with a diverse set of populations- including, but not limited to, substance use, intimate partner violence/domestic violence, gender-based violence, sexual trauma, childhood trauma, and mental health disorders. I am passionate about advocating for and working with BIPOC individuals, the LGBTQIA+ community, and people who have experienced relational trauma. In my spare time, I can be found snuggling my pets, reading, listening to podcasts, or binging a Netflix series.
Life rarely comes with a roadmap, and lately, just getting through your daily checklist might feel like an uphill battle. Maybe you are constantly doubting yourself, feeling hijacked by anxiety, or realizing that the way you’ve been coping with stress or anger just isn't working anymore.
If you are a teenager, college student, adult, or an exhausted parent trying to handle a massive life transition by trial and error, I want you to know two things: your feelings make complete sense, and you do not have to figure this out by yourself.

Hi, I'm Angela, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who helps women feel like themselves again through the moments that shake your sense of self — anxiety, burnout, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, career transitions, midlife changes, and the empty nest phase.
I work exclusively with adults who identify as women or with women's experiences. Many of my clients are exhausted from holding everything together while quietly wondering, 'is this all there is?' They've often spent so long prioritizing everyone else — or carrying relationships no one seems to be holding up alongside them — that they've lost touch with their own needs, desires, and sense of self. You deserve more than just coping — you deserve support in reconnecting with yourself and your life.
Having faced my own struggles, I understand the courage it takes to show up for yourself. I support women in embracing their full selves, with all their strengths, scars, and stories, without judgment or pressure to "be fixed."
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and deeply practical — grounded in evidence-based tools and designed so you leave each session with real skills you can use. I'll help you build on what's already working, not just fix what isn't.
Whether you're navigating early motherhood, a major life transition, or a midlife crossroads asking, 'who am I now?' this is a space where you don't have to perform, explain yourself, or have it together. You just have to show up. I'd be honored to support you in this next chapter of your life.
Hi, I’m Mimi, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a life transition, experiencing stress or anxiety, or simply seeking a space to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you.
Over the past four years, I’ve provided therapy in outpatient behavioral health, substance use treatment, higher education, and private practice settings. These experiences have allowed me to support individuals from diverse backgrounds and across a range of life experiences. I especially enjoy working with adolescents, college students, and young to middle-aged adults. I’m also passionate about providing culturally responsive, affirming care to individuals within the BIPOC community.
I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to experience emotional wellness, personal growth, and greater clarity. Healing is a journey that takes time, support, and self-reflection. At Ponder and Process™ Counseling Services, LLC, I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges, process life experiences, gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change.
When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy reading, spending time with family, and taking long walks with my dog. These activities help me stay grounded and present—qualities I strive to bring into each therapy session. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self and know that you will be met with compassion, respect, and understanding.
My broad spectrum of specialties includes addressing and treating Trauma, utilizing EMDR and trauma focused therapies for effective treatment outcomes.
I also have extensive experience in working with clients struggling with Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Depression, Sleep Hygiene, and Understanding the Mind and Body Connection. I also have 15 years of experience in addiction treatment, experience in treating eating disorders and women's issues in mid-life surrounding perimenopause and menopause.
My wide-reaching skillset ensures that regardless of your struggle, I can provide personalized solutions that cater directly to your needs and therapy goals.
I truly believe in meeting my clients where they are at in their wellness journey.
I found my career as a therapist as a secondary one which has provided exposure to multiple therapeutic settings. My start in community mental health gifted me with a well-rounded, diverse level of training and exposure to the human experience. More importantly, my background reinforced the importance and power of the therapeutic relationship. I am curious, empathetic, affirming, and compassionate. My sense of humor often finds its way into our sessions (as do my dogs, if you're so inclined!). Together, we will map your treatment, so that you are clear as to what to expect, regardless of the intervention. We start at the place you are ready, reinforcing the strengths and resiliency that you already exhibit. Together, we build from there to address what you came in for.. Therapy is hard work, but it is also profoundly full, rewarding and empowering. It's important for me to honor both the challenges and rewards.

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here and making this decision to try something new. Therapy can truly be a sacred space, it's a place that can absolutely change your life, if you allow your self the time and space to heal. My focus is to see you as uniquely you: the good, the bad, and the sometimes ugly. I believe we all have inherent value and worth, and I strive to see this in every single person, including you. We may have some changes we need to make and some behaviors we have to part ways with, but through this healing journey, I want you to know how valued and loved you are. To embrace life again like we were meant to. To forgive others and learn to let go. To change what you can and find peace with what you can't.
I operate from a trauma-informed perspective - recognizing how the past has changed the way we see ourselves and those around us. I look at how early life experiences impact our relationships, attachments, emotions, motivation, and joy. I incorporate mindfulness to help with regulation and utilize psychoeducation to understand that what happened in the past can't be changed, but we have the ability to pursue healing and growth regardless.
At this time, I am self-pay only for couples sessions.
I'm an existential-humanistic therapist with 30+ years of experience. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches and multiple techniques. Hi, and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can be a big step, and finding the right therapist, someone you feel comfortable with and can trust, is an important part of that process. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, including more than 8 years working in therapy settings. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and completed my clinical training while working in Philadelphia with individuals and families from diverse and at-risk populations. My background in case management has given me a broad understanding of the many challenges that can impact emotional well-being, relationships, and daily life. I believe therapy should be tailored to you not a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we will identify your goals, explore the challenges you are facing, and develop strategies that feel realistic and meaningful for your life. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapy. I will meet you where you are, listen without judgment, and work collaboratively with you to build trust and create a space where you feel safe exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to struggle internally and question your own worth. I spent years learning how to care for the person I saw in the mirror instead of criticizing them. That journey taught me compassion, resilience, and the importance of feeling truly understood — and it’s what drives my work helping others discover their own strength and value.
Have you been wondering if your current challenges are due to past traumatic life events? Do you struggle in relationships? If so, I may be the Therapist for you. I specialize in trauma therapy for teenagers and adults.
Many people often think trauma is only caused by violent crimes, acts of physical abuse, or natural disasters. They may also think because trauma happened a long time ago, it does not affect them in the present. These are a few of the myths about trauma. There are many types of traumas such as the sudden or unexpected death of a loved one, bullying, retaliation in the workplace, neglect from parents, infidelity, intimate partner violence, the witnessing of domestic violence and more.
If you or your teen is struggling with anxiety, depression, or life stressors, therapy with me can help with positive changes to strengthen self-esteem and confidence.
I am trained in EMDR and other trauma therapy approaches. My years of professional experience as a teacher and counselor, along with my lived experiences as a Black person allow me to provide empathetic regard while helping clients from multicultural backgrounds.
Do you have a habit of taking care of everyone but yourself (your adorable animal companions included)? Are you having trouble creating space in your life to feel calm and find fulfillment? I help individuals looking to improve their relationships, mood, and overall life satisfaction. My approach to therapy focuses on building health, resilience, and connection – helping you move toward a life that feels vibrant and authentic. Together, we will focus on your strengths and potential for growth. I believe that healing is about more than fixing what is wrong. It’s about nurturing what’s already right! Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you.
In this process, I will provide a warm and accepting space with plenty of opportunities for you to develop the tools you need to thrive. Being in animal rescue for the past 9+ years and a photographer for the past 13+ years has given me a unique perspective on therapy. You can expect to be encouraged to use your creative skills and compassion in your journey to wellbeing. Congratulations on taking this step to be your best self, and know that I would be honored to help you move toward healing and growth.
I am a licensed professional counselor providing virtual therapy to women and mothers across Pennsylvania. I specialize in supporting Black women and mothers navigating anxiety, postpartum mood changes, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and the mental load of balancing life, work, and family.
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from themselves. In our work together, I offer a supportive but honest space where you can process what you’re carrying, build practical coping skills, and feel more grounded and confident in daily life.
My approach is trauma-informed and skills-based, integrating mindfulness, CBT, and DBT techniques to help you regulate emotions, manage anxiety, and reconnect with yourself without pressure to “have it all together.”
The best pitch for therapy is simple, “do you have bad feelings or uncomfortable thoughts that you want to talk to someone about?” My name is Ed Lessard, and that’s what I am best at. I talk to people about their most distressing and uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, listen actively, without judgment, and respond with empathy, advanced education in mental and public health, and evidenced based treatments for specific issues like depression, interpersonal conflict and trauma.
Like many therapists, I started as a patient, no better or worse than the people who come to see me for help. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify, understand and cope with the problems they are facing and define their own versions of success and happiness.
