I approach therapy as a relational process, not a place where you come to be fixed. You’re not a problem to solve; you’re a person with a history, patterns that make sense, and a way of being in the world that developed for a reason. In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath the surface. I’m interested in who you are, not just what’s wrong. My goal is to create a space that feels real, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and move toward something that feels more connected and meaningful.

Hello, My name is Rachel Paolucci. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Working in the mental health field for over 8 years, I have served a diverse population of clients, ranging from 18 to 88 years of age, who may struggle with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, family issues, life transitions, as well as many other diagnoses and challenges. The idea that everyone can benefit from seeing a therapist holds true, as I am here to guide you to a version of yourself that focuses on building resilience, strength, and self-acceptance.
I am a therapist of over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples and families through a wide range of challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, practical insight and a deep respect for each person's individual story. My experience is shaped not only by my professional training, but also my own personal journey as a cancer survivor and a parent of a neurodivergent teen. The impact i strive to have is helping clients feel seen, supported and capable of the change they want in their lives.
“You don’t have to do this alone”. Hi, I’m Johnna, and I’m so glad you’re here. I work with people who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not like themselves—and are ready for something to change. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past trauma, depression, or life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and more connected to yourself.
In our work together, you’ll find a space that’s supportive, nonjudgmental, and focused on what you need. I use a mix of effective approaches like EMDR, CBT, and to help you move through what’s holding you back and toward the life you want. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start—just a willingness to take the first step. I’m here to walk that path with you so, let’s get started and schedule a session with me asap.
