As an LCSW licensed in Pennsylvania, I provide compassionate, supportive telehealth therapy throughout the state. I work with clients navigating grief and loss, depression, stress and daily life challenges, family dynamics, and women’s issues. Therapy can be a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore ways to feel more grounded and supported. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

First session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your goals, and experiences that may be influencing what you’re facing today. I’ll also explain my approach and what you can expect from therapy. Most importantly, this is a safe, supportive space where you can begin at your own pace, there’s no pressure to share everything right away. Together, we’ll identify where you’d like to begin and create a plan for moving forward.

Strengths

The first session is a conversation, not a test. I bring a warm, collaborative, and genuinely curious approach to therapy, creating space for you to talk openly without feeling judged, rushed, or analyzed. One of my strengths as a therapist is meeting people where they are while helping them develop greater clarity, self-understanding, and a sense of what’s possible. My goal for our first hour isn’t to assess or diagnose you. It’s for you to feel genuinely heard, understood, and a little more clear about where you’d like to go from here.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is someone who wants to feel empowered and ready to make meaningful changes in their life. They understand that it will not happen overnight and together, we explore how past trauma and experiences may connect to current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through reframing and self-awareness, I help clients develop new perspectives, skills, recognize their strengths, and create healthier patterns moving forward.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT looks at the connection between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We’ll work together to notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, challenge thoughts that aren’t helpful, and practice healthier ways of thinking and responding. The goal isn’t to ignore your feelings, it’s to understand what’s driving them and learn tools that can help you respond differently.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational interviewing is a collaborative approach that helps you explore what you want for yourself and what might be getting in the way. Rather than telling you what you should do, I help you identify your own reasons for change and build confidence in making those changes.

Attachment-based

Attachment-based therapy looks at how our early relationships and experiences can shape the way we connect with others, handle emotions, and view ourselves. We’ll explore those patterns with curiosity and work toward developing healthier, more secure ways of relating and feeling connected.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy focuses on helping you become more aware of your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations without immediately judging or reacting to them. We practice staying present and learning how to respond to difficult emotions rather than feeling controlled by them.
