About me

You do not have to carry life’s challenges alone. Whether you are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, healing is possible, and you deserve support that meets you where you are. I specialize in helping older adolescents ages 16 to 17 and adults navigate ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to get to know you, understand your unique experiences, and work alongside you to create a path forward that reflects your unique needs and strengths. I believe meaningful therapy begins with trust, and I strive to create a compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and provide an inclusive, culturally responsive environment where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. Every person has a unique story, which is why I tailor therapy to your individual needs rather than taking a one size fits all approach. Using evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, person centered therapy, strengths based therapy, and trauma informed care, we will work together to build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we will work toward helping you achieve meaningful, lasting change and a greater sense of confidence, balance, and well being.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that first session feel welcoming, collaborative, and focused on your needs. We’ll take time to get to know one another, discuss what brought you to therapy, and identify the challenges and strengths that are shaping your life. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects what matters most to you. Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, addiction, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, you’ll have a supportive space to ask questions, gain insight, and begin building practical tools for lasting change. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique experiences, allowing you to move at a pace that feels comfortable while making meaningful progress

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a balance of clinical expertise, compassion, and practical problem-solving to every session. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have experience supporting individuals across healthcare and behavioral health settings, helping clients navigate complex emotional, medical, and life challenges. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and evidence-based, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build effective coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and create realistic goals that support long-term emotional wellness and personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who is ready to invest in their personal growth and open to learning new ways to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or a major life transition, I’ll meet you where you are with compassion and support. Together, we’ll build practical skills, increase resilience, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we’ll develop practical coping strategies, build healthier thinking patterns, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Compassion Focused

I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can learn to be kinder to yourself while working through life’s challenges. Together, we’ll reduce self-criticism, build self-confidence, and develop healthier ways of coping with difficult emotions.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

Everyone’s story is unique. I provide care that respects your cultural background, personal values, and life experiences so you feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapy process.

Strength-Based

I believe everyone has strengths, even during difficult times. Together, we’ll build on what’s already working, increase your confidence, and use your unique strengths to help you overcome challenges and reach your goals.

Racial trauma treatment

I help clients process the impact of racism and discrimination in a safe, supportive environment. Together, we’ll build resilience, strengthen self-confidence, and develop healthy coping skills while honoring your unique experiences.
