I integrate CBT, Gestalt, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed methods, weaving them together to meet your unique, individual needs. This deliberate flexibility allows us to move fluidly between structured skill-building—offering you practical tools for daily challenges—and deeper exploration of your emotional patterns and relational dynamics. By incorporating Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I bring body-centered, somatic awareness into our sessions to help release the physical tension and emotional blocks that talk therapy alone cannot always reach. By continuously learning advanced modalities and attuning to what resonates most with you in the moment, I fine-tune my skills to help you cultivate profound insight, holistic healing, and meaningful growth.

Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you. I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.” I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models: Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment. Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns). I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family. It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible. I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.

Greetings, my name is John Luke. I am a licensed clinical social worker and specialize in helping people to effectively manage anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns using cognitive behavioral techniques. I have worked with a range of populations, nearly all ages, and also have experience with addiction treatment and life-coaching. I work with people to develop insight into the source of their problems, how their core beliefs about the world might be hindering their progress, and focus on their natural strengths to overcome those barriers with practical skills that generate sustainable change. Some of my other specialties include short-term, solution-focused therapy; cognitive behavioral therapy techniques; psychodynamic approaches; and marital counseling. Some of the problems I am particularly keen on solving with my clients include issues with self-image and confidence; dating and relationships; boundary-setting and assertive communication; as well as general anxiety management; and learning to identify and productively resolve emotional unrest. I am also very experienced in cognitive restructuring, which is just a fancy way of saying helping to change the way a person thinks about the world and their place in it. I also enjoy aiding people in goal setting and identification, meaning-making, and navigating family conflicts. If you feel any of this could be helpful or useful to you, please do not hesitate to reach out! (Note: I do work with couples, but only on a cash-pay basis. Also, I only work with ages 18+)

Have you been feeling overwhelmed lately? Have you been feeling depressed and isolated? Are you struggling with worry and fears? Are you finally ready to take that step and talk with someone? I understand how meeting with a therapist for the first time can feel scary and overwhelming. I work very hard to provide a safe space where clients can feel free to openly talk about what they are struggling with. I have been working with clients for 22 years to help them identify their goals and figure out what they need to move forward and experience a happier, more fulfilling life. My name is Kim Ring and I have had the opportunity to work in many different settings in the mental health field, such as outpatient, inpatient, drug and alcohol rehabs, and home-based work. Because of my vast experience I have worked with many types of clients where I have gained invaluable experience. I have worked with clients struggling with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, life adjustment issues, grief and loss and parenting issues. I have had clients tell me they like my approach because I am genuine and direct. I believe that in order to help clients we need to put a mirror to them and be honest about what might be holding them back. Sometimes people just need support and someone to help them navigate a difficult time. I look forward to meeting you.

I earned my Master’s degree from Marywood University and believe that therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and the lasting effects of unhealthy or toxic relationships. Together, we’ll explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you feeling stuck. Using evidence-based approaches, I’ll help you develop healthier ways of thinking, strengthen your coping skills, and build greater confidence and emotional resilience. If you’re recovering from a toxic relationship, struggling with self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to help you rediscover your strengths, establish healthy boundaries, and find greater peace, healing, and fulfillment. Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to support you on your journey toward lasting growth and positive change.

Hello, my name is Mr. Frazier, and I have been a therapist for more than 30 years, working with individuals across a variety of therapeutic settings. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience through my work with clinics, agencies, and hospitals, developing the knowledge and insight that I now bring to my practice. Before becoming a therapist, family members, friends, and even colleagues from previous occupations often shared that I was someone who was easy to talk to and made them feel comfortable opening up. Along with my natural ability to connect with people, my education, clinical training, and years of experience working with diverse populations inspired me to continue expanding my ability to help others. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of meeting and collaborating with individuals from small-town communities, major cities, and a wide range of cultural and personal backgrounds. These experiences have reinforced my belief that every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and success, regardless of their current circumstances.

I am a therapist who works from a modern psychoanalytic perspective. My approach is rooted in understanding—not simply telling you what to do, but helping you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. You may be seeking help because you feel anxious, depressed, disconnected in your relationships, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. You do not need to arrive with a clear explanation of what is wrong. We can begin with whatever you are experiencing, including feelings that are difficult to name or put into words. While practical coping strategies can be helpful, our work also makes room for the deeper emotional experiences that may contribute to your struggles. Together, we can explore what you feel, how you relate to others, and why certain situations or relationships affect you as they do. The relationship we develop is an important part of this process. How you experience closeness, trust, vulnerability, and connection—including with me—can help us understand your experiences in other relationships. There is room to talk about what feels supportive, uncomfortable, confusing, or difficult between us. My role is to listen thoughtfully, remain curious, and help you explore your experience without imposing an answer about who you should be. The aim is not just to cope with difficult feelings, but to develop a more compassionate understanding of yourself, greater freedom in how you respond, and more choice in how you live and relate to others.

I am an empathic, supportive therapist who utilizes therapeutic tools to empower my clients to build a life they love, deepen their relationships and create a supportive community. Many of my clients are women who identify as Black or Latino with a history of taking care of others even if it comes at their expense. I support women through all the life cycles from early adulthood to retirement age. Therapy requires a commitment of time and financial resources. I start out seeing my clients once per week. If you are unable to make the time commitment, I am likely not the best match for your needs. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally.

I am a full-time school counselor, but work part-time as a therapist. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I worked in the mental health field for over 15 years in multiple roles. I enjoy helping adolescents and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns to identify strategies that allow them to manage and/or overcome these concerns. I tend to use an eclectic mix of person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy when working with clients. I also have been trained in mindfulness to assist my clients. I also understand the difficulties one might face related to the current societal climate as it relates to LGBTQ+ population and race. I believe it is important for clients to have a safe space to share the microaggressions, discrimination, and/or hate that one may face. I believe that I can be that safe space for all individuals. In my free-time, I am enjoy spending time with my family. During this time, we like to do things outdoors, such as playing pickleball, hiking, paddleboarding, or just relaxing.

Feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about yourself and where you're headed? Whatever it is that led you here, I'm glad you're here—you don't have to carry it on your own. Overwhelming feelings and disruptive cycles are natural reactions to past trauma, painful experiences, and societal expectations or harm. As a therapist, my aim is to provide a space to navigate the path forward and connect with your true self. My style is described as warm, caring, collaborative, and real. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I strive to create a therapy space that feels meaningful and authentically human—with room for humor along the way. In my experience, levity and laughter are a natural part of building a safe, supportive environment to explore the challenges and hurt that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is to help you connect with your inherent strengths and discover your ability to grow and thrive.
