I am a Licensed Professional Counselor here to offer support to you as you navigate through the challenges of life. I believe in a therapeutic alliance based on trust and open communication. I will use active listening and empathy as we approach your personal struggles such as: grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and parenting. You will find a space free of judgment and full of hope as we work toward healing and an improved sense of wellbeing. I utilize several evidenced based treatment modalities along with a faith filled perspective in my clinical practice. I am passionate about the opportunity to help you feel and live better with a renewed sense of hope. I also have extensive experience supporting children and teens who have experienced trauma, attachment difficulties and exhibit behavioral challenges. I approach children and youth with evidenced based treatment approaches combined with family involvement for continuity of care.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I hope to get to know you. I hope to better understand your hopes and dreams and the real challenges you are facing so we can build a relationship of trust and equality working toward your goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have been blessed to work in several clinical fields across the lifespan. I believe that learning never stops and am committed to understanding the need of each client, couple and family. If I cannot help, I will help you find someone who can. I treasure the therapeutic alliance and want all to feel therapy is a safe and protected space.
