I am originally from Long Island. I am a mom and a working professional. I love helping people. I love to exercise and to practice meditation. I love learning and appreciate gaining new skills to further help those I serve. I like to meet you where you are at and help you get to where you desire to be in your therapeutic journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I then like to understand your specific intentions of therapy specifically what it is that you are looking to achieve in therapy. I also appreciate understanding what your former therapeutic experiences were like for you prior to starting therapy. I believe both beginning to understand your intent and rapport are both important in the first session

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that the value in working with me is that I believe that therapy creates growth. I love helping people achieve their goals and remove the obstacles in their way.
