Hi, I’m a therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space for individuals navigating complex life challenges whether that’s living with chronic illness, managing mental health or seeking deeper emotional healing. I specialize in working with people who often feel unseen or overwhelmed. I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach that honors both emotional and spiritual growth. My goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and equipped with the tools to thrive not just survive. Together, we can work toward healing, clarity, and meaningful change in your life. Self pay sessions are $125. Couples $150 , which are self pay only.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we begin building a foundation of trust. I’ll ask questions to get to know your story, challenges, and what led you to therapy while also giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what you hope to get out of therapy, and I’ll explain how I work so you feel comfortable moving forward. Most importantly, my goal is to make sure you feel seen, supported, and safe as we begin this journey together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to hold space with deep empathy, honesty, and intention. I don’t just listen, I truly see people. My lived experience navigating chronic illness, motherhood, and personal transformation allows me to connect with clients in a way that’s authentic and grounded. I understand what it means to show up even when life feels heavy, and I bring that same compassion and resilience into every session. To learn more visit my website www.purpleelephantcollective.com

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to explore their inner world and take steps toward healing, even if the path feels uncertain. Many are navigating life with chronic illnesses, stress, anxiety, or unresolved trauma, and are looking for a therapist who truly sees them. They may feel overwhelmed, spiritually disconnected, or emotionally drained and they’re seeking a space where they can be honest, vulnerable, and supported. Whether you’re trying to make sense of your story or reclaim your sense of self, I’m here to walk with you at your pace.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps my clients challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs that often fuel anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. Together, we’ll reframe negative thinking and develop healthier patterns that support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Trauma Informed Care

Whether you’ve experienced emotional trauma, medical trauma, or childhood wounds, I create a space where your story is honored and healing becomes possible. I integrate trauma-informed principles and techniques (including EMDR-informed tools and TF-CBT strategies) to help you feel safe, seen, and supported.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Living with chronic illness or anxiety often disconnects us from our bodies. I use gentle mind-body practices, grounding techniques, and mindfulness to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel more present in your daily life.

Strength-Based

You already hold so many strengths — sometimes you just need the right space to rediscover them. My relational, strengths-based approach incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other insight-based techniques to help you better understand and care for your inner world.

Narrative

You are not your diagnosis, your past, or your pain. Narrative therapy empowers you to rewrite the story you tell yourself — turning survival into strength. Together, we’ll uncover the powerful voice within you that may have been silenced by life’s challenges.
