In our first session, we will start with brief introductions then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. We will determine if we have the 'chemistry' to experience successful counseling. These sessions are for you, the client ,and you will determine how to proceed and what you want to talk about.

Lee is very intelligent with a lot of experience in life and her career. She is very real and authentic which I appreciate so much. Each session gets better and better. Building rapport has been very easy due to how comfortable each session feels.

I considered age and gender so that helped me narrow my choice to Lee Ritsick; she said she was a little quirky, which I liked because I think I am. Women can understand other women, especially if similar ages. That's what made me choose Lee. I felt comfortable with her in my first session.
