I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has immediate openings for individuals, couples, and families. I also see children, teens, adults, and the elderly. I’ve been trained in several modalities, so I can help you with many different issues. My goal is to help people find what works for them. I want to see you succeed and however I can help with that, I am willing to do.

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, Georgia and Utah. I have worked within the mental health field for over 20 years. I specialize in stress management and anxiety. I believe with the right support and guidance many can learn new healthy coping skills that will assist in decreasing symptoms we all possess in response to daily stressors. I have also worked in assisting those who have transitioned from their family of faith and have been able to guide them in learning how to move forward from the shame that is often associated with the transition.

My background is in teaching yoga and meditation, both of which I incorporate in sessions. Rest assured that I will collaborate with you so each and every session supports you and your needs, exactly as you are. Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to your evolving needs. I support clients both in and outside of sessions, with the option to communicate between sessions.
