New to Grow
When your child or teen is struggling, it can leave you feeling worried, overwhelmed, and unsure of what will actually help. Challenges like school stress, ADHD, family changes, or past experiences can show up in big emotions and behavior that feels hard to manage. I work with children, adolescents, and parents to help make sense of what’s happening and create more calm, confidence, and connection.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you do not have to do it alone. I accept insurance and offer convenient online scheduling. If you are ready to get support or simply want to see if we are a good fit, I invite you to reach out and schedule a first session today.
I bring a warm, patient, and steady presence to each session. Clients often describe me as calm, reassuring, and easy to talk to. I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where kids feel understood and parents feel supported. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and centered on each child’s unique strengths and needs.
I would best be able to help parents navigating the educational or social world for a child that is having challenges in the school setting because of internal or external challenges. I am very familiar with the school structure and navigating the system for students with disabilities. I have helped many children and families over the years with support overcoming tragedies, separation, grief, abuse, domestic violence, financial hardships, etc.
