My experience has allowed me to work with many wonderful clients and assist them to feeling better about themselves and improve their lives. I am familiar with working with Depression, Anxiety, Grief and relationship concerns. I have worked with Active duty Military and Military Veterans as well. I was a Military wife so I understand the stressors place on families and active duty members. I have also worked at the Veterans Administration as a Clinical Social Worker in the Woman Veterans Program as well as with Homeless Veterans. I am trained in various therapy techniques.

I graduated from the University of Miami with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, I’ve helped numerous people who struggle with a variety of mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, complicated grief, amongst others. I've had the opportunity to work with individuals struggling with detrimental behaviors, individuals with chronic health conditions including cancer, developmental disorders and neurocognitive disorders, alongside their families and loved ones. Helping people is not just a profession for me, it is a way of life.
