Welcome! I’m honored that you’re considering making your mental health a priority. Taking that first step can feel uncomfortable, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.
As Gandhi said, “A balanced intellect presupposes a harmonious growth of body, mind, and soul.” I thoroughly enjoy assisting clients reduce their anxious/running thoughts and gain peace in their daily life.
I enjoy working with adults who are navigating challenges such as, anxiety, anger, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping you recognize unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe you are the captain of your journey, and I’m here as your co-pilot to provide support and guidance along the way. Maya Angelou said, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive.” So let’s work together to move beyond simply getting through life and create a life where you can truly thrive.
First session
In our first few sessions, you can expect us to build a strong therapeutic relationship, explore what brings you to therapy, and start identifying meaningful goals for your growth. I’ll take the time to understand your story, provide support, and introduce tools that you can start using.
Strengths
What makes my approach stand out is my focus on helping clients quiet the noise, reduce anxious and racing thoughts, and create more peace and balance in their daily lives. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms, but about understanding yourself, building effective coping skills, and creating meaningful change. I provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
Ideal clients
I enjoy working with adults and older individuals who are looking for support and guidance as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with clients experiencing concerns such as career and life transitions, anger management, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and other personal or emotional challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, gain clarity, and develop the tools they need to move forward.
