As a licensed clinical mental health counselor, I am here to work with you to manage and overcome your own challenges in life and be able to help you live your life with a sense of ease and fulfillment. My experience includes working with adults, couples, elders of diverse backgrounds in outpatient, residential and hospital settings for nearly a decade. I work with individuals, elders, and couples in both English and Spanish.

I help clients not only gain insight into their emotional patterns, but also develop concrete tools to manage anxiety, relationship stress, self-criticism, and emotional overwhelm in daily life. My work integrates approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to support meaningful and lasting change. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and value creating a space where clients feel genuinely understood and supported. Clients often leave sessions feeling more emotionally grounded, self-aware, and empowered to navigate challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy focuses on helping clients identify strengths, build on existing successes, and move toward practical solutions rather than staying centered on the problem. I help clients clarify what they want to feel, experience, or change in their lives and develop small, achievable steps toward those goals. Sessions emphasize resilience, coping skills, and recognizing moments when the problem feels less intense or more manageable. Together, we explore what is already working and how to expand those patterns into lasting progress. My approach is collaborative, empowering, and designed to help clients create meaningful change in a focused and supportive way.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness-based therapy helps clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without immediately reacting to them. I support clients in learning how to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and respond to stress with more intention and self-compassion. Sessions may include grounding techniques, breathwork, body awareness, and present-moment exercises to reduce anxiety and emotional overwhelm. Together, we work on building emotional balance, increasing self-awareness, and creating healthier responses to difficult experiences. Couples Counseling
Couples Therapy helps partners improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. I support couples in identifying recurring patterns that create disconnection, misunderstandings, or emotional distress within the relationship. Sessions focus on building trust, increasing emotional awareness, and developing more effective ways to communicate needs and boundaries.
