My ideal client will be open to therapy regardless of some hesitancy. Like I give all clients a chance to open up, I am asking for the same. Once feeling comfortable, I only ask for honesty because without honesty there is no growth. I will provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to freely express yourself so we can get to the root of any issues and determine the best plan. Patience is also helpful because change does not happen overnight and sometimes just a change in perspective is the need.
