Lighting the path for adults navigating chaos or emotionally intense systems / homes. I help adults unpack the emotional weight they’ve been carrying; whether it began in childhood, relationships, or through life’s more unexpected moments. I tend to lead with curiosity always.. and my style is warm, present, and down-to-earth. I show up fully with you so you don’t feel like just another number in a system, but a person whose story deserves to be heard and honored.
In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive session where you can simply breathe and be yourself. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, what you hope to get out of therapy, and what support looks like for you right now. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out... my role is to walk with you, get curious about your lived experiences and current struggles, and begin making sense of the patterns and wounds that brought you here.
My approach blends EMDR (when appropriate), attachment-based work, Jungian exploration, IFS parts work, and compassion-focused practices. What stands out is the depth and gentleness of the work... we combine practical skills with deeper emotional healing. I’m fully present, helping you feel grounded while also guiding you through the layers beneath anxiety, shame, and self-doubt. Clients often tell me they feel seen, validated, and understood in a way they haven’t experienced before, and that therapy with me helps them build a more secure relationship with themselves.
I’m especially passionate about working with adults who grew up in chaotic or emotionally intense environments, those navigating anxiety, shame, identity struggles, trauma, and relationship patterns that feel hard to break. I also support clients who feel disconnected from themselves and are ready to understand their inner world with more clarity, compassion, and stability. If your goal is to feel grounded, understood, and more in control of your emotional life, you’re in the right place.
I use EMDR to help the client reprocess distressing memories or triggers that may be contributing to her panic attacks and anxiety. By guiding her through bilateral stimulation, I can help reduce the emotional intensity of these experiences and support calmer responses in the present.
Compassion-focused therapy is helpful if you’re dealing with self-criticism, shame, or depression by teaching you how to develop a more supportive and kind inner voice. It helps calm the threat system in your brain and builds emotional resilience through practicing self-compassion.
I will use attachment-based strategies to help the client understand how her early relationship experiences may be influencing her current emotional responses and relational patterns. By fostering awareness and practicing new relational skills, I can support her in developing healthier, more secure connections with others.
Jungian therapy is helpful if you’re struggling with low self-worth or repeated emotional patterns by exploring the deeper, often unconscious beliefs and symbols that shape how you see yourself. This helps you gain insight, integrate different parts of yourself, and strengthen your sense of identity.
I use a strength-based lens to highlight the client’s existing coping skills and personal resources. By identifying and reinforcing what you already do well, I can help you feel empowered, capable, and more confident in managing anxiety and improving relationships.
