New to Grow
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of your next steps? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I offer virtual counseling to adults in Florida, including art therapy and other supportive modalities, for those seeking clarity, support, and a safe space to grow. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem or depression, we can work together to find new ways of coping, expressing yourself, and building a more fulfilling life. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can be creative, collaborative, and healing. Let’s start from where you are, right from the comfort of your home.
During our initial session, I will ask questions to get to know you, we will delve into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, because I believe therapy should be personalized—not one-size-fits-all. I draw from trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness. I can incorporate art therapy to help explore emotions, work through personal or relational challenges, and express themselves. I’ve learned how much I value helping people discover their own sense of happiness and being someone others can trust. As your therapist, my goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe being yourself. I’ll guide and encourage you as you build your own toolkit for growth, healing, and resilience.
I integrate traditional talk therapy with trauma-informed approaches, art therapy and other supportive modalities for: Trauma & PTSD Burnout & Stress management Anxiety & Depression Life transitions Grief & Loss Self-esteem
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps clients develop psychological flexibility by accepting difficult emotions, clarifying personal values, and taking meaningful action toward a fulfilling life.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps clients explore and harmonize the different ‘parts’ of themselves to promote healing, self-awareness, and inner balance.
Trauma-informed care recognizes the widespread impact of trauma and emphasizes safety, trust, and empowerment throughout the therapeutic process.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness to help clients manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthy coping skills.
Mindfulness-based therapy integrates present-moment awareness and acceptance practices to help clients reduce stress, regulate emotions, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and calm."
