Hi, I’m Whitney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (licensed in Florida and Minnesota). I integrate mindfulness techniques to help clients manage anxiety and improve emotional regulation. Mindfulness CBT helps brings awareness and acceptance to life's challenges. Some mindfulness practices include meditation and deep breathing exercises, which can help cultivate inner peace and resilience. Solution Focused Brief Treatment
Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBF), allows me to help guide client's when quick solutions are needed. SFBF helps clients swiftly identify and achieve goals. This approach focuses on leveraging clients' existing resources and past successes to create rapid, sustainable change.
