Hi, I'm Whitney. I specialize in helping women who hold on to stress and trauma, release and heal through nervous system regulation. I also help individuals with life transitions, grief and loss, feelings of sadness, communication struggles, and family conflict. By creating a safe, non-judgmental space to feel heard and validated, I help my clients uncover deep rooted issues that create barriers from achieving life balance and wellness.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, will do brief introductions. Then, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and we will begin to map out a plan to get you the desired outcomes you crave. While working with me, you will be guided to understand your triggers and patterns, gain insight into your responses and will learn to manage them effectively. We will work collaboratively to develop coping strategies, to help you feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is being able to meet my clients where they are and tailor a customized plan of action that gets desired results. You deserve to feel at peace and in control. Let's work together to achieve the calm and balanced life you envision. Why battle traffic when you can chat with me in your slippers? Virtual therapy sessions are open most weekdays and evenings. Schedule your consultation now and take the first step towards lasting change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is used in therapy to help client's understand root causes and triggers to certain reactions. I utilize CBT to help clients uncover old thought patterns, and develop new ones.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I integrate mindfulness techniques to help clients manage anxiety and improve emotional regulation. Mindfulness CBT helps brings awareness and acceptance to life's challenges. Some mindfulness practices include meditation and deep breathing exercises, which can help cultivate inner peace and resilience. This holistic, evidence-based approach offers client's the opportunity to connect deeper with self.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBF), allows me to help guide client's when quick solutions are needed. SFBF helps clients swiftly identify and achieve goals. This approach focuses on leveraging clients' existing resources and past successes to create rapid, sustainable change.
