I received my Master's degree from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for approximately 7 years. I have worked with a multitude of clients with issues coping with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, life transitions, relationship issues, etc. It is truly my passion to work with clients through some of life's biggest challenges. My journey as a therapist began with a deep fascination for the human mind and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives after growing up in the foster care system. I previously served in the Air Force, serving my country. I have a bachelor's in dietetics and nutrition with years of nutrition counseling as well. Over the years, I have honed my skills, gaining experience in various therapeutic techniques and approaches to better serve my clients.

I am a therapist based in FL with over 30 years of experience with almost 24 years as a licensed counselor in Florida. My strengths include being skilled in relationship issues primarily break-ups, divorce and other life changes effecting current functioning level, career transitions & executive coaching, weight loss, parenting issues, substance abuse and managing life stressors. Helping people get back to their highest level of functioning is my goal. I love what I do! It is not work to me. I do believe a large part of “why” therapy is helpful is the therapeutic alliance between myself and a client. If the fit doesn’t feel good; it is often hard to help people get over their roadblocks.
