I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Professional who has worked with adults, children, families and seniors. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues including substance abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and career burnout to name a few. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help individuals gain insight, awareness and understanding about themselves. I am a real person who lives, survives and tries to be the best version of myself everyday. Just like you! I will reach out to you where you are at emotionally.
