I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children. I have experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and interpersonal conflicts. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In first session we will start with a brief introduction and then dive in the most concerning issues that is affecting you. This will help me to have an idea on how to create a plan tailored to your needs.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I have an eclectic approach because everyone is different. I utilize my training to support and empower my client. I am a therapist that utilizes different approaches according to the client's needs but I am more prone to utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy.

I have experience helping clients with depression/anxiety, lack of direction, loneliness, divorce, domestic violence abuse, grief, rejection, fear, isolation, adjusting to a new culture, etc.
