My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This is a highly effective, evidence-based treatment that helps clients develop practical skills to manage and reduce psychological distress. CBT empowers individuals to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, change maladaptive behaviors, and improve emotional regulation

Eclectic

I use eclectic treatment approach because no single therapy fits every client's unique needs, background, and goals. This allows me to draw multiple evidence-based ,modalities, such as CBT, Solution Focus Therapy, and others to create customized treatment plan that is most effective for the individual.
