New to Grow
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) providing counseling services throughout Florida with over nine years of experience working with adults, couples, and teens. As a bilingual Hispanic therapist, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally responsive, and client-centered care that honors each person's unique experiences, values, and strengths. My practice is built on the belief that meaningful change begins within a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to openly explore life's challenges. I tailor each session to the individual's unique needs and goals, helping clients build on their strengths, develop effective coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-integrated counseling that thoughtfully incorporates spirituality into the therapeutic process.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's completely normal to feel a little nervous. During our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, and strengths so I can better understand your unique experiences. There's no pressure to share everything at once, you can move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My greatest strengths are my ability to build genuine, trusting relationships and create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and accepted. Clients often appreciate my calm, compassionate presence and my ability to listen without judgment while offering thoughtful feedback and practical guidance. I am patient, empathetic, and collaborative, meeting each person where they are and tailoring therapy to their unique needs and goals. As a bilingual (English and Spanish) Hispanic therapist, I also bring cultural awareness and sensitivity, helping clients feel understood and respected.
My ideal clients are adults, couples, and teens who are seeking a supportive and collaborative space to better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply looking to foster personal growth, I am here to support you with compassion, respect, and practical guidance at your own pace.
