We’ll explore any past experiences you’ve had with therapy—what felt helpful, and what might not have worked as well—so we can build a foundation that truly supports you. We’ll also discuss what’s going on in your life right now and identify the goals you’d like to work toward. My aim is to create a comfortable, collaborative space where you can share openly and begin shaping a path that aligns with your needs, strengths, and hopes for the future.
