HI! I am an LCSW based in Florida. I received two Masters Degrees from Florida State and San Francisco State University. I am committed to helping people improve their quality of life and well-being. I like to meet the client where they are at and helping empower them. I meet clients where they are at and help them meet their mental health goals and assist them with improving their quality of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will discuss your feelings and expectations towards therapy. We will then explore your experience with therapy, if any; and what worked and what may be areas of growth. We will then discuss your current life situation and focus on goals that you may want to establish and work on.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am very empathetic and help guide clients towards improving their quality of life. I am patient and can help build a trusting and strong relationship. I understand that trust, honesty, and rapport are the most important part of therapy. I enjoy diversity, quality, and a creative problem-solving process when it comes to working with my clients.
